I came in around 11:30pm. I ordered 2 hot dogs and a pepperoni pretzel. This is what they gave me... this looks like it had been sitting for over a week. The dough is greasy and the hot dog has no juice left in it. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful I'm probably going to get food poisoning from already eating the pepperoni pretzel on the way home.
Great business, with a great owner that has been a staple of Main Street for over a decade. Update: Their pizza pretzels are the best. The owner knows thats what keeps me coming. The guy at the register is cool dude thats held down the gig for a few years now.
Most annoying pretzel store to ever deal with. Josh is handling customer service issues very poorly, his boss he said was soooooo busy seriously but they close at 3pm and not even 24/7 store hours. obviously they does not help the situation but instead aggravating to the most extent.. still unresolved issue up to today..
Just picked up an online order and the pickup system they have was easy & organized. The employee was professional & polite, and the pretzels taste hot out of the oven! We’ll be back :
I visited this location on 4/26 which happened to be "National Pretzel Day". As I was not aware I was ordering incorrectly and the guy at the counter went into a tirade because I ordered 35 pretzels and the price I was expecting was not what the registered calculated. He immediately called me difficult and I tried to explain to him I was not being difficult I thought the price of the pretzels was less due to what I was reading on the board. I believe if he had explained that ordering the pretzels the way I did would cost more I would have paid the price and been a return customer to this location. I saw the price for 25 pretzels and 10 pretzels and thought okay I will order a total of 35 pretzels and the cost of the combined order would be $12. During his tirade he indicated that is not the way his manager says it is to be done and turned the register around to show me what was on the register keys and in his haste knocked over another customer's order. This was completely uncalled for. I purchased these for my co-workers as there aren't many Philly Pretzel Factory locations near us and they like the pretzels. They lost business as we always order goodies for the office. I told my co-workers of the incident and someone responded, "You want customer service at a Pretzel shop?". My response, "Absolutely". What has happened to professionalism and customer service even for someone spending $12? He was clearly rude and unprofessional and I will never return to this store again!!
First time at this location. It was 9:30 in the morning so they could only have been open for a few hours . The pretzels were rock hard. Unfortunately I was at work and could not leave. I will never go to this one again. I'm a mailman and next weekend was my weekend to buy for the office. NOT FROM THERE!!!!
A shot out to the employee who opened the door at 3:05, 5 min after the posted closed, as I was turning away after trying the door before reading the current hours. I'm diabetic and was feeling off and needed something to get me going again. You were extremely helpful in my day.
Gross interior, the guy that was there both mornings I went was a complete and utter tool who somehow doesn't see the lack of logic in a middle aged pretzle guy talking down to people. Wouldn't recommend anyone give this place their money. Not even $0.75. you'll get a day old hard pretzle anyways... Just go to wawa or the much cleaner store in collegeville that somehow managed to hire decent friendly staff to be the face of their company.
Went in for a pretzel or 2 and I couldn’t get my coupon to load on my phone, so I told the fine gentleman what is said and no questions asked, he honored the coupon just by word of mouth... NO THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY BUSINESS AND MY RECOMMENDATION
Always out of stock on products and don't have the best people skills if they are trying to sell products. Pretzels are good, but would taste better if they had a full inventory and you could order what you wanted
