This is the first time I have been to a pretzel factory and they had a full selection. I went Sunday at 11am. The store was very busy and the staff handled it perfectly. Try the cotton candy dip! Great job!!
I stopped by this morning for a bunch of pretzels and I went 20 minutes out of my way to get my because your Website says you open at 6:00am that was great because I start work at 7:00am and I work right on the Black horse Pike. What I found is you were closed and I did knock on the window many times only to have your staff look at me and turn their heads.  This was very disappointing because I was getting pretzels for my staff and felt I let them down.  You need to fix your website Thank you Barbara J
Delicious! We like this location better than the one closer to us because they cook the pretzels longer and make them nice and crispy.

Very good pretzel trays for parties with a lot of dipping sauce options. Traditional Philly pretzels are good too. Easy to order ahead of time, and they have it ready to go for you quick.
Clean, fast service and great food.
Love getting pretzel trays from here - always fresh warm and soft! The dips might be the best part - cheese, honey mustard and my favorite the cinnamon sugar dip! The pretzel hot dogs and sausage dogs are best - puts a hot dog on a bun to shame.
I love here I wish there was more pretzel factories they're taking them away because of this pandemic please bring more back I love the saints Patty's Day pretzel It was my favorite and that dip was to die for

It is so rare to find some decent soft pretzels for sale. I really missed this place when I moved to North Jersey where the only options became mall sublets. Philly Pretzel Factory is some prime real estate, yum!
