Easy to find. Easy to check in. Easy to pickup. Staff was friendly. Picking up a puppy that flew in. I was a bit anxious about the whole thing but I didn’t want to lay that in anyone. Don’t do particularly well in new and unfamiliar situations. I was patient. They were kind. It all turned out really well
This review is specifically for David, Esete, sorry if I spelled your name wrong and George. Thank you guys so much for handling my dog and understanding her anxiety. They had an excellent level of customer service and patient that we could all use everywhere we go. Thank you guys again for being awesome!
Surprised how I've been waiting for 2 hrs for a cargo that takes 1 hrs and the 3 people in the warehouse desk are just sitting on their phone. Asked for 4 times to see if they can go check and all they say "we have to wait"
Some days they're spot on and most days they miss the mark. I don't understand why it takes 3 -4 employees to help 1 person/company. 1 agent should be able to stop and tender out other customers and then go back to that 1 customer....so annoying, ive waited as long as a hour because they are all working on 1 person...
Fabulous experience today picking up our pup from a transatlantic flight through AA Cargo. The staff were friendly, attentive, super helpful, and the turn around time was very quick after arrival about 45m after touchdown. Couldn’t thank them enough for taking such good care of our fur baby at reasonable prices…thank you for your continued support to the military community!
People are very rude?! Rather play with their phones.while they help you and keep repeating themselves because not paying attention what you are saying. The guys on the dock very good workers. The women in there both of the younger ones disrespectful never put their phones down.
I delivered Saturday morning. I had 28 skids and they unloaded me in under 30 minutes. Both the ladies at the front desk as well as the gentlemen on the docks worked very quickly. Best airport I've ever delivered too. Also they open at 3am. Easy in and out
I found that this was a great location to come in and out of,unlike other airport cargo areas that I had been too. The buildings are clearly marked. And the signage to get you to the location you are going to is also well laid out. Here, everyone worked together behind the counter. The people behind the counter with friendly cheerful and seemed to not only enjoy one another's company but were pleasant to people who came in to either drop off or pick up deliveries. Many of the people there had smiles on their faces and genuinely seem to enjoy the work that they do.
This job is amess. The supervisors nor the managers care about their employees. I give the job a -10/10. I give the HR department a -100/10. I give the GM -1000/10 because he never even came downstairs and talked to us. I’m happy I left. Don’t nobody fill out for this job !!
Guys don’t through american airlines cargo animal service. My experience was so bad. People who working on customer service representative are sucks. A male person at representative was unprofessional and he doesn’t know how to communicate with customer. He just say what he wants. He didn’t try to help and listen our words. Finally I had to through their manager. The Manager was nice. finally we shipped our dog to Germany but it was so stressful and difficult. They are not good at communicating with customer by e-mail either. Guys, this is not shipping Christmas gift. We are sending our dogs. If representative doesn’t know how to work and communicate well then why they work at there? Try another airlines cargo service.
