What is Phở?
Phở is a Vietnamese rice noodle soup. Beef broth is left to simmer for hours and a special blend of 7 spices is added to give our phở its signature rich, aromatic flavor. Our diners choose their own "toppings" (beef, chicken, seafood, tofu and vegetables, or even grilled meats) and are given a plate of fresh vegetables and herbs to add to their bowls as they like.
