Food- I always order the House Special Pho, and it does not disappoint. Perfect food for the rainy weather we've been getting. The apps: if they have the grilled squid, YES! But unfortunately, it's not always available. That's when we order the spring rolls, also very good. The Bahn mi sandwich is also very good! Service- depends who is working that day. Sometimes they are very attentive! Atmosphere- the charm of a family-owned business.
I visited for the first time today and as someone who tried Pho at many different restaurants this is definitely one of my favorites if not THE favorite!! Absolutely delicious egg rolls also. Our server did forget a few things but was very nice. Will definitely be returning!Food: 5/5
We've gone twice now, both on Saturday night. The first time it was not very crowded, the second time, every table was full. The service both times was excellent and above any expectations. Our orders were timely under 10 min, beautifully presented and delicious. When we left, they were 10 minutes from their stated closing time, and were still welcoming guests. I couldn't ask for a better, more authentic Vietnamese meal or experience.
Delicious food and exceptional service. The wait staff are all incredibly fast and efficient and the food came out so fast. You can tell the cooks and people here care about their food. Delicious, not salty at all but still very flavorful. We both got pho of course as well as the pork bun and Banh My/Mi. The atmosphere is peaceful and lovely. My girlfriend almost fell asleep here. I've been to Vietnamese restaurants all around the country and this is one of the top five for me. Will continue to eat here and recommend to friends.
I wanted pho for my birthday and this place does not disappoint. The owner was so nice and guided me to the best pho on the menu. Will definitely be going more often, family recipes and such a friendly vibeFood: 5/5
This was my first time at this place, and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere and the food were beyond great. Ana and K took care of us, and they were super sweet and made the experience better. The pho exceeded expectations, and the Vietnamese coffee was delicious. We also had the spring rolls and banh mi and bao buns, which were amazing. I’m all for trying new places all the time, but this is a place I would come to again. Loved it here and would recommend 100000 times!
Go right now! So delicious. We got the avocado summer roll, tofu bao, tofu/veggie banh mi, and tofu/veggie pho with mushroom broth. All outstanding. The mushroom broth is as savory and complex as a standard beef pho broth. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. BYOB. Accessible and gender neutral restroom. You might have to ask for dish of sprouts, herbs, jalapeño, lime but it’s just because they’re so busy. There wasn’t an empty table for a second on a Saturday night at 630-730pm. Go early if you want a booth. Portions are large, prices are extremely reasonable. Service is friendly and prompt. Can’t wait to return with more friends and family… so we can try even more things! Lots of happy regulars. Family run business, so sweet & happy they’re doing so well and loved by the community. Strip mall has lots of parking and easily accessible via 46, 280, 80, 287. Cash preferred but they take card as well. *Edited to add they offer gift cards, good place to bring family of all ages, and Kevin is so nice and helpful! At this point he remembers our favorites *
This restaurant is absolutely delicious! We walked in and got sat, then the owner Kevin came to our table and greeted us himself! Kevin was polite and courteous to our family, he made sure we had the best of service and tasty food! Recommend stopping by and trying all they have to offer!
My review probably means nothing to American who mostly love banh mi. And banh mi is well received here. I only tried bun bo Hue and it sucks. Pho, meanwhile, is ok. I never expect pork rib in bun bo Hue. Even worse than adding shrimp sauce and lemongrass to pho, which is the laziest way to make bun bo Hue. I like the salted lime drink, this is my childhood drink. Restaurant is clean and nice. Attentive people. Menu online is not up to date.
We absolutely LOVE Pho Ninh Kieu! I have tried MANY vegetarian broths of all kinds, and theirs is by far the best! I usually call ahead now to make sure they have it. Sometimes they run out after a busy night/day before the next batch is ready. They have lovely, thoughtful vegetarian/vegan options that aren’t just an afterthought. The service is always very nice. It can be a little bit slow when they are busy, but they are always very apologetic and thank you for waiting and make up for it by being so kind and friendly and serving amazing food, which always comes out fast. My family also love the meat-based options and rate them the best! If you’re going on the weekend, definitely the earlier the better to get a table without a wait. I love the small, family-run atmosphere and prefer the slower weeknights. No matter when you go, it will be consistently delicious! Vegetarian options: I can’t say enough about the very delicious vegetarian/vegan options. The mushroom broth is pretty much my favorite thing ever. It’s so nice to have vegetarian pho with actual deep, savory flavor! Dietary restrictions: I am vegetarian with a dairy allergy. They have plenty of options. I haven’t assessed for gluten or other allergies, but they are very accommodating. Parking: It’s in a strip mall, so there’s plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely family friendly. The booths are very helpful for kid-corralling. Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance is wheelchair accessible.
