Pho Sure Shrewsbury

If you are one of those people that love to have an entire pool full of yummy soup with great flavors, this is your place to go. Not only the serving size is more than you expect, but also the seasoning is right on the dot. This place, especially during winter, is an incredible option to keep you warm with a happy smile on your belly :D As a summer update, this place is not only great with their famous Pho soup, they have other incredible dishes that you must try. If your looking for one of the BEST plate of Pho in Worcester County, this is the place for you. I have been coming to this place for years, and it never seems to disappoint. This place is located in white city in Shrewsbury, there is a big parking lot that is shared so finding parking should not be an issue. This is restaurant is on the small side, it's nicely decorated, nothing over the top, but a great spot to enjoy a casual meal. Also it can be a hit or miss in terms of wait time. Most times you don't have to wait, but once in a while you of the time you do. The service is good, not great, but most of the people are friendly. Now, the food is always on point. The pho, is very tasty, specially if you order saute to add in. The grilled chicken is delicious, and you have to try their ban-mi probably did not say that right. The price is extremely reasonable, as the portion sizes are very good. A small plate of Pho can easily fill you up for the whole day. Overall the food is a 10/10, I highly recommend coming here or ordering take out.

This will forever be favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I have not one bad thing to say. My boyfriend and I have been religiously coming here for years now and so do his parents. It’s the point where we are recognized every time we come in, and they always acknowledge us! Nikki is amazing and so is the other manager. I just had a new waiter today who started several weeks ago and he was great. While we were waiting for our food, one of the customers in front of us started yelling at a few of the servers about something that was missing. The waitress I think her name is Celine handled it so professionally and repeatedly asked the customer if he needed anything else although he was extremely rude. She handled that with grace and it truly reminded me why I keep going back. The food is authentic and delicious every time, but the customer service is spectacular here.

Had lunch with my son and the grandkids who love this place. It was busy, but the service was fast. The food was hot, delicious with generous portions.Food: 4/5

Literally writing this review as I am eating my lunch here on Christmas Eve. The staff is dressed in holiday clothing: reindeer head bands, Star Wars themed holiday sweater, Santa hat, etc. They are sweet, attentive, and service is quick. Holiday music is playing on the speaker, bright orange walls, and paintings of Vietnamese families captures the vibe of Pho Sure. It brings me back to my own family restaurant. I grew up eating Vietnamese food in Boston. Unfortunately, over the years these restaurants have lost their passion. The vietnamese food game has become mediocre at best. If Pho Sure was located in Boston they would wipe out all of their competitors easily with one eye opened! I ordered the vermicelli lemongrass chicken, with a side of small soup - didn't think anything special would come out of it. However, the chicken was so flavorful and had slowed cooked WHOLE shallots; it brought me back to my adolescent years! Their food is cooked with love Pho Sure! best Vietnamese food I have ever had in a very, very long time. They deserve 10 !!!!! Small soup was bomb too!!

My experiences at Pho Sure have consistently left me with mixed feelings. Having visited numerous Pho spots, I'd say this one falls somewhere in the middle. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the menu offers a good variety of Pho options. However, my recent order of their fresh summer rolls was disappointing. They burst open before I even touched them. I've enjoyed fresh summer rolls that were more generously filled at similar or even lower prices in other restaurants, and they held up well, even for takeout. To be honest, after trying most of their appetizers during several visits, I've found that they tend to be on the pricier side for the portion sizes. For example, an order of small spring rolls costs $6.50 for just three pieces, which, in my opinion, is a bit steep. The overall pricing here tends to be higher than what I'd typically expect. However, I keep returning primarily for their boba teas and smoothies. They're not overly sweet like some other places. Despite my critique of their prices, it's important to note that their food is delicious.

This place is as an immediate favorite! First, it’s very clearly an LGBTQ friendly establishment. Right down to the gender neutral bathrooms. Next, we were immediately greeted and seated, though it looked really busy when we walked in because of the tea bar at the entrance. It’s busy with that and pick up orders. Now I know why! The food is great and the smoothies and teas too. I informed my server Christina of a gluten allergy and she was super helpful about helping me navigate the menu, plus, the menu was marked which I greatly appreciate. Also, our sever was impeccable with her attention and service. She checked in often and made sure our waters stay filed. Overall our food was very good. Fresh and reasonable prices. If you’re traveling through the area, this place is easily accessible and has lots of parking. We’ll be back during our summer travels! PS: whoever came up with the name is genius! That’s great and memorable marketing :

We have been to Pho Sure many times and are always so happy with the food and service. Perfect for a cold or down day, the Pho is always delicious, warm, and comforting. The drinks are excellent! That atmosphere is welcoming. We always have leftovers we can take home and get another meal out of which is really nice. It would be nice if they were open later, its hard for us to get there after work and enjoy without feeling rushed.

Freakin' delicious. Restaurant area was very clean and calm feeling. The wait staff was all courteous and helpful. The food was fantastic. The only improvement could be more protein in the dishes but honestly, I'll still be going back as is so.Food: 5/5

Great Pho! Above average pad Thai. Awesome fried snacks and fresh rolls. The Vietnamese Ice Coffee friggen fire!!!! The adult beverage selection is fun. The staff always asks about allergies and dietary restrictions. Nice, fast, professional. Great stop after the gymFood: 5/5
