Adding 3% cost to use a card was the first strike. Bringing an average size bowl of combination PHO to 17.40 I round up to 20.00 for one person. Profit margins on pho here are sky high. Then I was only able to locate a singular piece of tendon no larger than a quarter. When I asked if that was how much was supposed to be in there the lady said "yes one or two pieces" without offering me two pieces when I told her I only received one. I guess so they can qualify it as having it. Tripe and steak were very little as well. But the flavors were good! Basil offered was 1/2 of what every other spot offers. If this place wants to survive they are going to have to find a way to impact their margins without ripping off their customers.

Pros: The pho juice is standard/acceptable. The restaurant is super clean. The odor are neutral. It is a disability easy access Cons: The sause they offer are super limited. The only sause they have is Rooster Sause and Oyster Sause. It's one of those restaurants where you have to pay first. You have to purchase the food for them to serve you the food.
Greeted on entry. Nice, spacious dining. Found a cleaned, prepared take immediately. Orders are taken at the counter, pay at the counter tip is point of sale, no my fav, given an order number stand. Water is self-serve in reusable cups. Pho has Basil, sprouts and jalapeno. Basil was very fresh as was the mint on the noodle dish. Party said it was the best pork, shrimp vermicelli they had have tried many!, not too sweet and very fresh, pork had a great marinade. Pho had a good amount of noodles, nice combo of meatball, raw beef, brisket, tendon and tripe. Will go again. Vegetarian options: Lots of menu options Dietary restrictions: Many noodles are rice based, non gluten.
Literally just left this place and while it is clean and nice on the inside I’m very disappointed in the service and the product me and my mother received while there. The cashier was rude to start with then when the food came I looked at my pho tai and there was literally 2 little pieces of meet in it and my mom said the pork was good in her food but the shrimp were absolutely horrible. Really disappointed in my pho experience here. Do better!
The first few times were trial and error in receiving and being greeted with a smile, but I did notice that sometimes some of the clientele could be a little brass to the workers, so as humans we can be pained by the harsh interaction with others, but after trying to converse with them in my friendly way, they have tried to greet and interact with me in a friendlier manner and I get that dealing with different personalities on a daily basis can be a strain on the human psyche. I think they will do better down the road, their food is very good but I do have to be very mindful of the food that I order at a restaurant, because of my allergies and sensitivity to some ingredients. **Update: unfortunately why I did not give 5 stars for service, one of the employees that seems adamant to not be professionally polite and friendly, has become quite rather rude, he actually cussed at me, the other day, I was quite disappointed, not at the cussing, because I am not too much offended by cuss words, but more of the dismissal attitude that his customer is not important enough, for him to be mindful of his service, pretty disappointed! Vegetarian options: Having a great sea food selection is great, the menu needs to be more mindful of allergens and it should be listed, for those that can't eat every delicious food selection, without complications due to their sensitivities to some ingredients. It truly is tasty Dietary restrictions: I think just focus on the customer's request for certain food ingredients, because as delicious as the food is, customers can become in a lot of pain and become swollen from the wrong food ingredients they ingest.
We’ve had pho here several times, the last being six months ago. The pho was tasty and fresh, but the portions got cut in half. Four medium shrimp and half the veggies in one order, four small strips of beef and three meatballs in the other. noodles were glued together and didn’t separate in the broth like usual. The guy at the register had to figure out what we had called in and got our name wrong. It took another 15 minutes to sort out. Total was $48.00 not worth it at all. We will not be back.
I hardly ever write any reviews. When I do, it’s either really good or really bad. This one unfortunately is the latter of the two. I don’t live in the area and this was my first and last visit. While the food quality and taste wasn’t bad at all, there were two major things that bothered me enough to write this review. Firstly it’s the service. Other than the server bringing out the order, everything is self service. You order at the register, grab your own water and utensils and yet they expect you to pay 18% tip upfront before you get any kind of service. I get more service than this at McDonalds. Secondly it’s the portion. Ordered large pho, pork chop, fried rice, and a few other items. Large pho had two chopsticks full of noodles and 3 to 4 pieces meat. A bowl of instant cup noodles fill me up more this large pho. Pork chops… again taste wasn’t bad at all but the portion was just pathetic. At the end of the day, we spent $150 including the tip as family and left the restaurant still feeling hungry.
This is my comfort restaurant. Such a cozy but spacious environment, and the food is ALWAYS amazing. Not to mention the people who work here are super nice too. My friend and I come here like once a week. The boba is also fantastic. I recommend the beef pho, Vietnamese pancake, spring rolls and the grilled pork sandwiches :Food: 5/5
We never coming back here. Still hungry after $30 plus dollars... Two orders of pad thaisupposed to be very filling comfort dish but not in this place. Got the smallest skimpiest plates. They scam you by making you pay first. What a ripoff. Oh and beef was questionable.. maybe we ate mystery meat. Ugh. Anyway hope this helps.
