Pho Viet Nam

My family and I were craving Pho. Mind you when we walked into the restaurant the "guy" there was not friendly at all. My husband was holding my son in a car seat, he didn't even ask if we needed a high chair or anything. When we walked towards the table to sit down he slammed two menus on the table and walked off. Didn't smile or anything. My husband then asked if there were any high chairs for the car seat and he turned to look at him and said "oh we only have this" and walked off to a bunch of other customer guys and catered to them. He would rather assist these people that walked in behind us while we stood there with two toddlers and a baby!! My experience here was TERRIBLE! My kids were so hungry but we ended up leaving to another restaurant. I will never go here again. Horrible customer service and they seem racist towards mixed couples. If I had an opportunity to I would give them a negative 5 stars!

The food is excellent. We ordered the catfish soup and the caramel catfish. It was excellent and delicious. The price is very affordable. We always stopped by here on our way to Morongo. We would highly recommend this place to any Vietnamese food lover.

I had the exact same experience as another review. Walked in with my family some guy didn't acknowledge us at all.. After a few mins he walked over, slammed two menus and walked away. What a dick. We walked out. I refuse to spend my money there. Negative 5 stars if I could. What a douche.

I would write a much better review for the food and could overlook the service if something else hadn't happened. Some friends and I stopped in for lunch and we ordered from the server. One friend is Vietnamese. As we ordered the server didn't seem to understand what we were saying so our Vietnamese friend spoke to him and explained our order. The server still didn't understand what we were ordering. So we had a server working at a Vietnamese restaurant who didn't understand Vietnamese or English. I'm ok with that as long as we can at least get most of our order right by pointing at the menu. We ordered some Sinh To Xoai. We ended up with Mango juice with ice cubes. The menu showed Espresso smoothies so I ordered one and ended up with coffee with milk and ice cubes. We ordered Spring Rolls and got egg rolls. I got some Spring Rolls with grilled pork after a while. The meal with decent but not totally what we ordered. At the end I was willing to accept the servers communication issues and we paid the bill and we left a very good tip. When we left my friend left his cell phone on the table. A few minutes after we drove away. We called from my phone to ask if his phone was on the table and the man on the phone said they didn't have his cell phone. We called my friend's phone and it was turned off. There was only one other table of people in the restaurant eating when we left and they were on the other side of the room. We drove back to the place and the table was cleared. This was about 5 minutes later. I called the cell phone later and it's on but it says it's not accepting calls.

The food is authentic and we'll prepared, and the service is friendly. Nothing beats the Super Bowl pho noodle soup, filled with sprouts and mint leaves. Don't forget the fish sauce and a little Sriracha!

My family loves this restaurant. The owner is a great man and his food is absolutely delicious. Always a pleasure to come back, and enjoy a great Vietnamese menu... All his dishes are outstanding!!!

Good PHO. I absolutely can't stand their service. The one guy, and anyone that goes there will know who Im talking about, should be in the back only. I don't understand how they can put him working with public, other than, its a family business. He is the rudest waiter, server or whatever you wanna call him.. Its almost a joke at how bad he is.

The waiters were very rude. We waited for more than 35 minutes and we asked if our food was ready and they said they havent even started. We said we were going to leave and he said ok and he just gave back the money. The place is super dirty and very hot inside. Panda express is wat better than this dirty place no stars

Love the chicken Pho so much. Such a warm and welcoming food. Having a great dinner with my Parents, Husband and 3 kids.

the guy is always quick with with menues and food .the food is always delicious and the waiter is hilarious.i love the green beans and beef.soo good with the and the pho is delicious order a large trust me .
