Phoenix Barbecue was started by Ivan Weaver after several years on the KCBS competition barbecue circuit helped him discover his passion and skill in the art of smoking & grilling. Realizing how much he enjoys seeing his food putting smiles on people's faces, Ivan worked to fine-tune the award winning recipes his team had developed with his own unique flavors.
Phoenix Barbecue currently operates on a delivery-only basis as a gourmet individual caterer, selling smoked pork, brisket, ribs, and wings in easy-reheatable freezer packs that capture the fresh-smoked flavor for family meal times or larger gatherings.
