"We make it easier for you to access the expertise of Phoenix Children's care teams at night and on weekends with our Northwest Valley Urgent Care Center. On weekdays, we also provide excellent specialty care services here. This location accepts urgent care patients beginning at 5 p.m. on weekdays and noon on weekends. Access the clinic by traveling north on 51st Avenue and then turning right into the parking lot. Our building is at the south side of the parking lot closest to Loop 101."

From the very first face you see when you walk in  Leece  Very sweet , respectful , positive lady  I instantly get a smile when I see her at the front desk every visit  to the service in the back  all providers and nurses  The service is just absolutely amazing and fast everytime ! You can tell the nurses & providers & all the staff love what they do , no questions , which in my opinion is not very common these days & that’s why we always come back to this location when needed !! They sent my 1 year old home with a pink rubber ducky and sticker at our most recent visit  She LOVED that

These guys are a disservice to our children! Again a disservice to our children! We went in today because we had an emergency bathroom need for our 6-year-old son on the spot. They refused us to use their facility. Blatantly, multiple times. They directed us to go to the fuel station instead. Are you kidding! Think about this for a second! A child had an urgent need we went to the urgent children care and they refused to give service to a child in urgent need. I will escalate this case up and up. And go to the local news outlets, too. People have to know about this. You have just disgraced your profession and workplace. Well done urgent care!

Took my child to Phoenix Children’s Urgent Care in Glendale after she sustained a deep cut on her knee from a sharp rock. We were visiting family in area and I had no idea where would be the best place to treat her injury. So glad I found this urgent care. All of the staff were kind and attentive - front desk staff, nursing staff, and the doctor that examined and treated my daughter, Dr. Fletcher. A big THANK YOU to the Phoenix Children’s Glendale Team! Highly recommend this location for any child urgent care need.

I have been here twice with my son for croup and both times we had a great experience. Today we walked in at 520pm and walked out at 6pm. The provider and nursing staff were excellent and my son was given an oral steroid which is exactly what has helped him in the past. Thank you to the staff! I would definitely recommend this location/service.

Took my son in on a Friday night and was very impressed by the care even with it being busy. He was seen for an elbow injury. The staff was kind, courteous, and efficient. They got him in quickly, treated his pain, got xrays done quickly and got us home! I think the entire visit was about 2 hours or so. I was quite surprised by how efficient everything was as my experience at an urgent care for myself as an adult took MUCH longer. Great job PCH!

Yesterday, I went in to urgent care because my daughter could not keep anything down and was concerned about her breathing. The wait was not long and once they saw the way my 2 year old was breathing they immediately hooked her up on the machine to make sure she was okay. I was also there with my 5 year old. They gave them both crayons and toys to be preoccupied. Everyone was so nice! Starting from the lady at the front office and everyone else after! They really took care of both my daughters! Love this location and staff! Thank you guys again!

The staff was wonderful and we got into a room quickly. The only down side was the discharge process, which took quite a long time and we ended up there for about 2 hours. But the benefit of being a pediatric urgent care far outweighs that and we will definitely be back.

I’m kind of in awe that this Pediatric Urgent Care has so many bad reviews because my experience here was excellent. I took my daughter who was having the worst time breathing diag post dishcharge was croup. As a first time mom I was terrified for my kiddo. Got checked in, vitals taken and seen by a doctor within a few minutes. Our whole visit was under an hour. I acknowledge that this may be an anomaly due to staff availability, number of patients waiting etc but I was so impressed. And every tech, nurse, and doctor was simply soo good with my kid who’s not happy to begin with, let alone being examined, medicated etc they took their time and did the most to accommodate and make it easier for my toddler and reassure me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

PLEASE READ…. My son while at my in-laws was bitten by a dog. Like any parent I rushed him to this urgent care to be seen. That’s where I made my mistake. They did nothing to help my son. The doctor at this location LIED to me. They told me my son needed stitches. This was not the truth. They suspected bruises on him. Which mind you he is an active toddler, and was just BIT by a dog. Following what I thought was medical advise I took my son to PCH emergency room. There from the moment I walked in, my son was neglected and I was threatened in order to intimidate. They did nothing for my son. The actual ER doctor spent a totally of 5 minutes with us. She threatened me that I was not going to take my child home. This obviously caused me to panic. I was crying.terrified. They placed a nurse in the room with me who I was begging them to take away. She made me so uncomfortable. I later signed my son out after 8+ hours of neglect, knowing they were going to send DCS after me. After a prolonged DCS investigation, because my family kept being pushed back due to the fact that they had actual real cases of abuse to investigate, my family received a report of unsubstantiated claims. After this I reported the incident to the AZ board of medicine. Thankfully this board did a swift investigation where the ER doctor and PCH was found to be in the wrong. None of this would have happened if it wasn’t for the evilness of the staff at this urgent care. This incident has left me with crippling anxiety about going to doctors. I had to undergo therapy to be okay again. Please please please stay away from this place. Your family and child will not be cared for here.

This urgent care facility was expertly run. We were in and out in under 2 hours, which to me, speaks volumes about the internal processes and personnel. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the doctor, everyone was AMAZING! It is clear they all care for children deeply. I would 100% recommend this Urgent Care facility to anyone.
