I went to this school 6 years ago and the teachers were very professional and informative. They definitely make sure you were ready to pass the state test. I would recommend to anyone looking for a change and have a passion for caring for the senior community.
Recent grad and I absolutely loved the program. Prepared me not only for the state test but also for the workplace. I loved my instructor and would recommend this program to anyone looking to be an STNA. Those leaving bad reviews must have failed their test because their is nothing negative you can say about Phoenix. They have a high pass rate because they are all for student success!!!!!
I attended Phoenix Healthcare for STNA classes a few years ago. It was a very clean environment. The teachers were professional and started promptly. They took individual time with the students to make sure they understood every lesson. Out of all the programs I researched this was the best choice and I am definitely satisfied with my results.
Never again!!! Very unprofessional and rude. I was left alone throughout the course of my time in their program. My aunt recommended them to me and I was so excited about starting the class but once I started i was very shocked and surprise by their professionalism. It started out with three of us in the class and I ended up being the last one standing because I didn't want to give up on them I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. And was left very disappointed. I made it through clinicals with another group of individuals and what was shocking to me was they had the same similar story that had. Well I never received my certificate and when I went on to ask about it I was confronted about me leaving a bad review and I have text messages that was so unprofessional
This school was great. I learned everything I needed to become and effective STNA. And the teacher Mrs. Barnes was the absolute best. She was very engage with the entire learning process. And had a wealth of know for those of us wanting to continue our education in the nursing field.
When I came to Phoenix I wasn't sure if I would be cut out for the medical field. I was giving a tour of the school and I talk to Mrs.Barens and let her know how I felt she then told me that she believes in me...to make a long story short her words I have kept in my head.I have completed my classes and passed all my boards and I am now a certified STNA. I had a phenomenal experience at Phoenix and I would Recommend this school any day...
I attended Phoneix Healthcare Institute and when I was there I loved it.... They where very helpful deciated to the students to make sure you know what your doing .. as well as to be successful when you leave the program and they always went the extra mile. It was more than a Nursing Program when I attended they made u feel welcomed like a second home but definitely stayed on you!!! I definitely would get discouraged at times thinking and feeling like I couldn't do or achieve it but it most definitely was worth it they believed in me and im most definitely Proud to say I'm a student from Phoenix...
The best STNA course out there! If you do your work and practice you will be 110% prepared for the license exam. Mrs. Barnes is an incredible teacher and makes class fun!
If you want a high-quality education with the skills to work in a hospital or nursing home this is the school for you very professional!! The instructor is very nice she also takes her time to teach you everything you need to pass the State test the first time.
After failing my test three times, i attended phoenix and learned everything needed to pass my test!!!! They teach you everything and make sure you are ready before you take your state exam. Definite two thumbs up!
