Bryan greeted us as we entered the store. He listened as we described what we were looking for in a hot tub. Not only did he answer our questions, but he also anticipated things we needed to know during the selection process.  His command of the inventory and process for ordering and delivering was detailed and clearly explained. The show room offered the full range of models so that it was possible to both see and feel the product line available. We thought we might have to shop around all week and compare companies and prices.  Instead, within the hour, we found exactly what we wanted at a fair price. High-quality and customer service are clearly the priorities at  Phoenix Hot Tubs. This means a lot to us as rural residents of Arizona. Today, Aug. 26, ‘23, my wife and I began a live search of local hot tub dealers. We promised ourselves a hot tub once we moved to Phoenix. In our mid-70s, it would be our first. After much internet research, we visited four dealers. All salespeople were knowledgeable and kind. But our last stop was Phoenix Hot Tubs & Swim Spas where we were met by Bryan A. He was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations and demonstrations. He pulled out several jets and described the difference in performance and water flow. He analyzed the construction of the tubs and pointed out high points. A great experience that sold us.  UPDATE: On Aug. 31, our hot tub was delivered right after the electrician ran a circuit to the spot. The hot tub then arrived that afternoon. All of it went very smoothly and workers were pleasant, fast, and thorough. Today, Sept. 1, Bryan A. from Phoenix Hot Tubs and Swim Spas stopped in and gave us a thorough explanation of how to operate it and treat it chemically. Bryan goes over and above to ensure his customers’ satisfaction. We highly recommend this business.

Phoenix Hot Tubs and Swim Spas was awesome to deal with as a customer. My wife and I decided on a swim spa instead of a pool so we went to the show room.   No pressure they listened to our needs and lead us in the right direction.   The show room is full of different spas for you to see and this helped to narrow down our choices it is amazing.  Tyler and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful even 6 months after purchase.  The delivery staff was also excellent and respectful. I highly recommend this company for your spa needs.

We had never really purchased something so big since the house, and were very nervous going into looking for a home spa. Bryan A was AMAZING and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. With his help we were able to find the product right for us and the whole process has been surprisingly easy. I definitely recommend this team, especially for people not sure how setting up a home spa works.

We have known we wanted a hot tub for a while and had planned on looking to get an idea of what options are available and try to understand what prep work we would need to do prior to purchasing. Bryan was a huge help and extremely patient with us as we learned about the world of hot tub ownership. We were pleasantly surprised to learn of more turnkey options than when we had last shopped, and took full advantage of the great pricing and specials their expo provided. I recently purchased the Master Spa’s Challenger 18D Pro.  Both Bryan and Tyler helped us every step of the way from allowing me to test swim in the unit to final installation in Prescott.  They even sent a rep to give us a rundown on the unit’s care and allowed me to switch out the steps.  We couldn’t have asked for better care and assistance during every phase of the process.
