Lots of affordable shops. Some of the best deals. Great prices. Easy and safe parking. Lots of public transport to the mall from all over Durban. Well presented shops. Lots of eateries. With the best variety of food.
Apart from being busy, it's safe to shop in here. The guards are always observant and there's number of shops available. As for parking, it's sometimes difficult to get one, you have to do circles before you can get one, however, car guards will always be there to assist you.
This place has no respect for it customers especially the elderly which I presume are their biggest demographic of customers. Today I saw their manager a female insist a customer had broken their purchased items. It went as to so fat that they told the customer to take the stuff and leave the store and stop talking. As valid reviewer I will be publishing my eye witteness encounter on all my social media accounts establishing how they treat their customers.
Over crowded, was a good shopping plaza but not anymore after last year. The parking is like a huge Uber taxi rank. Won't go or take family there.
The Staff and Management of the Phoenix Plaza are not concerned with the patrons. People have been shopping here for decades. 1. The Mall could employ people from the community to help with the traffic control especial entrance and exit 2. The men's toilets were revamped but there is just 1 working tap and the same old mirrors. The secondary toilet near the old hub entrance also has no taps and . Clearly soap and hygiene is not a concern also this is a problem from before the so called upgrade . 3. The lights on most days in the undercover parking is never working 4. On rainy days and most lunch times the undercover parking is filled with security vehicles. 5. I would like to see the Phoenix plaza as the oldest mall in phoenix engage in more community efforts, drives and keep some of the locals traditions alive
Greetings This place is good and accoommodative to the community but only few paraplegic parking. It is so immaculate but always packed.
ShopRite checkers at the Phoenix , no social distance at all. . Management not doin nothing at all. Der just watch as people rub themselves on each other
Been here after a long time. Was surprised to see so many new stores. The clothing stores are tops. Branded clothing at reasonable prices. Some of which you wont even find at the Gateway stores. Nice place to visit.
A good variety of shops. Outside seems very dangerous with taxis and vendors all around the mall along the roadside. There are also many vagabonds surrounding the mall. I would not recommend anyone to shop here. Its not a good place to tag your kids along.
Parking on certain times of a month become a abit difficult to find. Stores/shops are in linear settlement be prepared to walk.
