I had a problem water heater that needed to be replaced.  Previous home owners never drained it.   When I tried, it wouldn't drain because there was so much scale plugging the valve.   Figured I needed a pro to handle this.   Victor came out for a quote right on time.   The price was fair, especially since he had to deal with the clog, and he could do it that day.   He was successful in getting it drained and installed our new water heater.   You can tell when you have a professional by looking at the soldered joints.  They were perfect.  Victor was very professional and very courteous.  Highly recommended.

Victor was referred to me by a friend. Best referral I ever got. He's done work at my mother in laws house twice. Very reasonable and explains everything so we know what's wrong and the cost as well. He is on time and very personable. Hard not to love him. Thanks Victor you're awesome!
