I had issues with my phone’s battery. The issue was detected quickly. A couple short hours later my phone was fixed and it’s holding a charge as good as it did when I first got it. Also my bf was able to get himself a new phone for a good price. Needless to say we are very impressed and happy with our experience here.
Highly recommend this repair service. My i-Phone would not turn on or charge. I took my 13 Pro Max to PhoneAxiom. Left it at 10am and I was notified it was working and ready for pick up by 2pm. Pricing was fair and customer service was great!
Do not expect this place to repair your device with any speed or urgency. I came in with a simple issue and was initially told that my device would be ready for pickup by the end of the same day. After several delays wrong parts ordered by their staff, etc., my device was finally being repaired four days later. In the process of fixing the screen on my device, their technician BROKE the charging port. They then sent the device for further repair with their "master technician." It has now been three weeks keep in mind I was originally told it would be ready for pickup the SAME DAY and I still do not have the device. No one has apologized or taken any responsibility for the delays and the whole process has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this place.
If you need a phone repair - GO HERE! I went to one location in Lynchburg that could not fix my phone; the second location quoted me a price of $999 to order a new screen for my Samsung. Phone Axiom fixed it for $175, plus assisted with other questions that I had about backing it up, etc. Great service and a very fair price!!
Amazing service, prices were great! Saved me from having to buy a new iPad Pro. Fixed my Home Screen button, all is like new again!
Where do I begin, the gentleman whom was working the front was very rude and extremely not professional, when I asked for a quote, it was extremely overly priced for a phone screen repair and proceeded to tell me that it would a 2 day wait period. I will never come here again.
Does not fix what he says he can fix and then refuses to refund your money this is what his work looks like

Wow! If only customer service were this good everywhere!! I requested a quote online this afternoon, heard back almost immediately, went in to have my iPhone 13's screen replaced, and returned an hour later to a like-new device! Bryson the service tech emailed me updates throughout the process, and he honored the quote, even though it was $100 less than what he said it should have been. I'm so impressed by their efficiency, knowledge, and honesty!!
Super overpriced. Charged me $69 diagnostic fee, while the other local competitors offer free diagnostics. I was quoted $179 to replace a battery while I was in the store, then they called and said it would actually be $250, citing a 'communication error.' Two other local competitors quoted me $100 parts and labor total for the same repair. I took it to one of them, paid $0 for diagnostics, and they showed me how Phoneaxiom wasn't just ripping me off, they had also misdiagnosed the issue. Incredibly disappointed, wish I could get my money back on that diagnostic, and glad I did not pay their exorbitant pricing. Go somewhere else.
