My husband shattered his new phone screen less than a month old. Didn't have insurance won't make that mistake again. Took it to a different place first and they couldn't get it to work after replacing the screen. Called phonetastic repair, spoke with Grace.. she told me to bring it in the next day. Natalie helped me, got it fixed in less than an hour! Great service. Will be back. JG
I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 that I needed to get repair. I'm constantly out in the field and I've gotten Verizon to replace my device however every single time I tried to get my phone fixed. I had to fill a replacement paperwork and then I had to wait for another device to come in, reinstall all apps, sign in to everything again and make sure all my photos and contacts are actually populating on my new device. Working out in the oilfield, I don't have time to do all that stuff. I went to phonetastic repair and the lady took about an hour and fixed my device. The customer service was exceptional. I didn't have to go through so many hoops and what nots to fix my phone. It was simple and fast. I'll definitely be bringing my phone here if and when it breaks again.
If your iPhone is broken, go here. Pricing seems about right and they work super fast. i broke my screen twice in 2 months and they replaced it twice already!. It's awesome to have a place like this nearby that works so quickly. Highly recommended!!
The guy is nice but he has had my phone since Friday last week and still doesn't have the parts to fix it. I was told it would take a week, now he is saying it will be even longer. Hopefully he fixes it in the time he originally told me... update, he had my phone for 2 weeks and when I called to get an update he informed me they can't get the parts to fix it. Never called to tell me, and 2 weeks later I am no better off than where I started. Do not go here, such a waste of time.
They did a great job on my phone! Not only was the pricing good, but the quality of work that was done and the excellent customer service I received was outstanding !!
I went in for a screen fix and they replaced my screen but with a cheap iphone screen. Not only that, they replaced my battery and put in a cheap one because my phones battery health is at 50% when before it was at 80%... Do not go here such a waste of time and money....
Very professional job and customer service was top notch..plus the lady who helped me was absolutely gorgeous!!! Id break my phone just to go see her again if it didnt cost 300bucks to fix...haha
Great service and saved the hassle for a warranty deductible/replacement. Very reasonable price for work on my s10e.
