I was a little worried seeing all the one star ratings but i had no choice due to limited testing options for adults. I must say the receptionists was wonderful and kind. The Dr. herself had to do an assessment and sat down and took her time! She actually listened to me! They're also accommodating in next appt. for my long drive since it's almost a two hour drive to get there they'll have me do all the testing in one day for the sake of having to drive so far! I appreciate you guys and thanks for being so kind. To the people reading the reviews, it's worth a shot! I highly recommend. :D

My first impression of Kathleen was already off to a rocky start. She “completely spaced it” these were her own words to contact my physicians office and ask for the new referral I would need for testing. I was told I would receive a call back when they did finally get the new referral. I didn’t hear from her, so I called once again. I was told they did receive a new referral, and was put on the schedule so I could be sure to be on the calendar. Next, I inquired about the cost I could expect with my insurance. I discussed this with Stephanie, who informed me she would have to call me back with more concrete information. She was supposed to call me on Monday, but that day came and went. I decided to reach out to Stephanie again on Tuesday. Instead I was answered by Kathleen, who told me the center’s phone line got hit by lightning the day that I was expecting their return call. I did think that was strange, but odd things can and do happen. When I asked to be transferred to Stephanie, the girl who I felt more comfortable speaking to, Kathleen said: “I’ve already told you exactly what she would tell you”. I was put off by that comment, but again, I insisted that while I understood she told me what I was asking for, I would still like to speak with Stephanie as she is the individual I first spoke with about it. I would feel better to double check with her. Kathleen refused to connect me with Stephanie or even send me to voicemail, stating: “No I’m not going to transfer you. She’s busy. What do you need to talk to her about anyway? I’ve already explained it to you. This conversation is just going in circles.” As a professional in the social services field, and more importantly as a human struggling with mental health, I could never have imagined I would be made to feel so stupid and unimportant as I did today. After this experience, I no longer question why people are hesitant to seek mental health help. I will not recommend this establishment to any individual who is in need. This interaction only caused me further distress at a time in which I already feel so desperate. Please, consider all counseling service options carefully before choosing PAC.

I tried to schedule an appointment for my 2yr old autistic son to get a test done for insurance purposes. Cathy is who I spoke to and who left a voicemail on my cellphone, when I returned her call less than 24hrs later, she conveniently had no recollection of speaking to me or leaving a voicemail so she politely raised her voice at me through the phone, degraded me for having Medicaid insurance and told me I should go elsewhere. What a terrible place if that’s how they start to speak to a new patient who has never been seen before.

I have been waiting to get my son in this place for testing for over three months! The Susan Gresham Center referred us over there and has spoke with someone several times. They have given one excuse after another on why they haven't called yet. One was they were waiting on Medicaid which isn't even our insurance plus they already seen us and have our insurance so that was lie number one. Second, was my son's nurse called and spoke to someone on a Friday and they said they would call Monday. HIS doc said if you don't here from them by Tuesday call me and Ill call them. Well, I never recieved a call. I called and so did the nurse several times since January and still no response! This is the only place around muncie that does this kind of testing. I would rather wait a year then to listen to all the excuses and lies this place makes up! If your that far behind, sounds like they need to do some hiring. Wow. Unreal.

If I could put a zero starI would but I did not see that option. this place is terrible, I had one appointment they were supposed to do a prior authorization and get back with me right away it’s been over a month I have called three or four times they blame it on my insurance I called my insurance company and they do not even have a prior authorization on me so then I talk to one of the doctors finally called back promised she would call me the very next day and now that’s been almost 2 weeks ago these people are lazy and do not care about anyone else. And the man that sometimes answers the phone is the worst he’s rude and sarcastic

PAC is a great place to go for counseling. They are very welcoming and open-minded. Dr. Gentry is awesome!

We absolutely love the counselors at PAC! Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating!

Horrific counselor ignored court order causing legal battle just little over one year after getting out of court and eighty percent reason for total loss of sole custody....Beware!
