They took their time with him, made sure to encourage him and we never felt like just another patient. I cannot sing the praises of Justin Smith and everyone here enough! I live in Colorado where I sustained a traumatic injury in early June requiring emergency surgery broke all of the bones in my ankle - compound fracture to top it off. After I was cleared to fly, I flew to TN staying for 1 1/2 months due to my husband’s job. At the same time, it was time to start PT. I researched several places in and around where we were staying and chose PT Services of TN for their credentials. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and part of a family. From the front office personnel to every therapist and assistant — everyone is so friendly, encouraging and helpful. The level of care I received from Justin was top notch and outstanding! Words truly cannot express my gratitude.

Justin and his team were fantastic after my total knee replacement surgery. It felt hopeless the first day of therapy, and I regretted having the surgery. That is until Justin had a heart to heart talk with me that first day. He reassured me over and over I would recover, and they kept reaffirming that in subsequent sessions. They gave me the confidence and direction to do what I had to do to get better. I feel I would never have recovered if I had not gone to them for my PT. They are that good! Thank you, all of you and the two interns that helped me.
I went to physical therapy there back in Dec of last year they did nothing but exercises that I could have done at home and after insurance paid I owed them 92.56 and they were going to take me to court and I called for payment arrangement and they wouldn’t settle for nothing but 30.00 a month I’m the only one working in my household and I have other medical bills it’s sorry that they make u pay it without asking what you can afford. I will never go back there and I will let ppl know how sorry they are
We’ve been going here for a while, Travis is wonderful. My girls love her. They’ve accomplished many goals working with her.
Terrific provider. Took my daughter to deal with a twisted leg from an old break. Her gait has improved and the people are consistently kind and helpful.
