Welcome to the Alabama Beta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi at The University of Alabama!
Pi Beta Phi is a national organization for women dedicated to individual development in all aspects of life. Here at the Capstone, as part of one of the largest Greek systems in the nation, the members of Pi Beta Phi strive for achievement in academics, community service, leadership potential, and intellectual growth. The Alabama Beta chapter of Pi Beta Phi was colonized in 1949 and since then, our members have worked to uphold Pi Beta Phi’s core values and establish strong sisterhood bonds. With over 200 active members, our house is characterized by its depth and diversity. There is hardly an organization on our campus in which a Pi Phi is not involved in some capacity. As the current president, I am honored to call Pi Beta Phi my home. Without the friendships I have made and the individual growth I have experienced as an active member of Pi Beta Phi, I would not be the woman I am today. Thus far, my experience as a Pi Beta Phi has made me better in all aspects of life, and the lessons I have learned will stay with me throughout my life.
