“God has blessed me with a gift in music, I want to bless and enrich others by sharing it!” – Ken Trujillo, Owner
Ken Trujillo plays piano and keyboards, and has been active in the music industry for twenty-eight years. Mr. Trujillo is a member, in good standing, of the National Association of Music Merchandisers (NAMM). During the course of his career, Mr. Trujillo has enjoyed many unique experiences, including: membership in the rock group Yellow Hand; working as a keyboard studio musician in Los Angeles; and being selected as one of three judges for the Colorado Christian Songwriter’s Competition. Mr. Trujillo has published over 30 songs in various styles and genres.
Ken’s original composition We Were Made To Discover was endorsed by Colorado’s astronaut James Irwin and was featured at NASA’s Children Space Museum in Houston Texas, and Colorado Springs, Colorado. In January, 2004, Ken’s company co-sponsored a Piano Giveaway Event held at the King Center, downtown Denver, donating (2) brand new acoustic, and (2) brand new digital pianos for underprivileged Denver Public School District music students.
Our mission is to create new inspirations; accomplishments and individual self-esteem through music education and piano performance. Learning to play a musical instrument also develops cognitive abilities and patterns of awareness and enhances motor skill dexterity.
Learning to play the piano evokes confidence, expression and passion! Communicating and interacting with their peers in a healthy setting can foster and nurture better social skills in life.
Of particular concern to us are the children whose parents who are incarcerated. These children are at higher risk for emotional and behavioral problems than most others and we have learned from experience they can benefit greatly from musical opportunities.
