Doug just installed a new pump in my well, and I'm very happy with his work. It was difficult to get his repair truck near to the wellhead, because shrubs had grown around the it. Doug took the time to help me prune the plants, which was very helpful. He's a great guy!

I thought I burnt my pump up after accidentally leaving it on. Had it tested at another company they said my pump was toast . I called Picatti Bros to get a new one installed, but Douglas came out and bench tested it and informed me the pump was in perfect condition and that it was really just faulty wiring at the switch. Worst experience ever!! It was a nightmare!! They came out fairly quick to fix our water pump which was great but it only worked for about an hour. I called them back about the situation and they only blamed it on our water softener which they don’t service. I had to call out another guy to check that out and he said everything was fine. Finally on the 3rd day without water they came back out twice to find that our pressure pump had too much air and was stopping the water pump from working. This should have been figured out since the beginning! Joel the service guy cursed left and right about our well set up and how difficult the job was. I will never use them again!!!!

Our well pump lost its prime, they had a technician at the house within 2 hours on a Saturday and had it fixed an 1 1/2 later. The technician that came out was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them.
