The Sound system is so good here!! Love it. They do cram as a many people as possible though. Fun place. Gals to see many food vendor options and goody vendors.

I always have a good time at pico and it’s fun, but I only go for the big events

Staff was super nice and friendly. Went for pride rodeo and there was no rodeo. I guess I didn’t really read the flyer that my friends sent, but where I come from a rodeo is vey different. Also the drinks were way overpriced. So expensive no one really was tipping the hard working staff from what I noticed. I’ll admit I am a good tipper but did cut back. Good vibes from the crowd though!

Really love the variety of vendors there all unique and different in their own ways I Love it. The VIP definitely be cracking off to some big names be appearing there to I never expected just stay in tune with the lineups.

Is really a good place for events. As the event, no complaints, everything as it supposed to happen and no surprises. Enjoyed the event and we can go in family, so, is a great option. I really was surprised with the parking lot price per vehicle, to $40 dlls.... come on. and the second opportunity is the security staff definitely, not the capacitated people and not enough. Need to mention the prices are really expensive, specially for beer and other liquor.

Got here for Ave 26 night market. There are A LOT of parking space. No worries about parking. Music was a bit too loud for me. There are many great food stalls here! Try once and you won’t regret!

I went to the Colombia Festival here and it was a great and fun experience. The venue was great for the event. The tacoscarne asada, Al pastor were on point & along with their carne asada quesadilla. The event was mainly cash but don’t know if other events is also cash so remember to take out a lot of money at the atm’s before arriving. Just fyi, parking is on dusty fields so your car will get dirty. Overall there was sufficient bathrooms where the wait wasn’t that bad, lots of food spots throughout the location. Also there is a whole lot of security and it was great, you can concentrate on having an awesome time. I can’t wait to come back again next year or for other events.

Charreadas and events are done here..like the place.

I went to see Christmas Lights tonight. It was a cute set up. A nice drive around. I especially liked that there was space to pull over and be able to take pictures or enjoy the lights a bit longer. Staff are very welcoming. I didn't get my picture taken, but I did receive a candycane!
