Larry and Cindy are great, but the Erie adjusters and appraisers are not, and unfortunately, that’s what matters when you have a claim. I’ve been an Erie customer for 23 years and rarely have a claim. I’m a very reasonable person and been successful in the business world for 30 years. My son had a minor accident and the adjuster’s communication with us, and the body shop, was so poor that our $100 deductible turned into $630 out-of-pocket. The shop is not innocent in all this but the adjuster could have prevented it.  I can’t imagine what would happen if one of my high value cars were to need a repair and me not available to completely mange the process. I am so disappointed with Erie.

Bernard Scott at Picone has helped our family for many years including home, auto and umbrella. He has always been there for every family transition guiding us through new teen drivers to college kids and first cars.  He is a trusted resource for our insurance needs and always goes above and beyond whenever even the littlest issues arise.

Great service been with them for almost 20 years.
