Lots of room here I actually delivered to the back building, which is gold star foods, check In with guard at gate first. Then go to back lot and park on right hand side. Check in at door at end of building. Easy to maneuver as long as No one parks a ross from docks. Quick unload.
Not bad for pick ups, very nice ladies at checking, make you feel like at home, loading a bit slow but better then other places, 4hrs and was out the door, seems like they are not appointment driven and it's a Gate may not have overnight parking.
The lady at the reception is really nice 2 star for her only But if you’re late they will ask for late fees if you provide them credit or debit card it will not work because there system is down and they will ask for cheque and then they will say sorry cheque is not approved go and get money order from the nearest pump and when you will arrive at pump station and get the money order they will call you and say sorry our supervisor is saying that we will not load you today come back tomorrow.
Good place to deliver arrived 3 hrs early got unloaded under 2 hrs
Easy to get to. Had a noon appointment arrived at 1235 and was charged a late fee of $95.30 including taxes......don't be late. Was given a door as soon as I paid late fee. Was out by 1600. Enough space to maneuver inside to park on loading docks. Besides the late fee, everything was perfect. Nice clean restroom. Staff was very friendly.
Not to bad of a place to deliver had a 8am appointment arrived at 7:40 was told to go to dock but not to back inthey have to verify seal check in with a person at the door was told to wait in truck until someone comes out waited about 40 minutes before someone came out,broke seal then backed into dock after that I was unloaded in about an hour so not to bad overall
Checked in at 0840 for an 0900 appointment. Already 1030 and no one has came to cut my seal, and I'm the only one on this side of the building. Pretty horrendous. Americold at its finest.
Wow so I was 1hr late had to pay late fee but hey they didn't have a door for me anyways wouldn't really talk to me till i paid the late had to walk to hard shack 3 times when all I wanted was a door so I can get some sleep but yeah finally get a door witch I had to take a paper from the shack what no interoffice mail of any kind why make us work so hard wait so long just to get loaded highway robbery I don't know why and how companies get away with this s*** they don't care at all about truck driver smfh
Friendly people easy check but took a long time to get unloaded
Charge $185 late fee, just to take 4hrs loading the truck. No rest room for truckers. They put false load lbs on the paperwork. Left to scale the load only to find out it exceeded legal capacity. Came back to have them rework the load due to their incompetence. That took 3 1/2 hrs. Now an hour later still waiting for paperwork. ‍
