What a wonderful, kind, and caring facility! The receptionists took their time in answering all of my questions, as did the vet technicians and veterinarian. I was incredibly nervous on my dog 's Belle surgery day spay, dental cleaning, and mast cell tumor removal, and really appreciated one of the technicians comforting me by letting me know my dog was in great hands and that I would receive a call when surgery was over - and also that I could call any time to check in too. When we came to pick up our Belle, discharge instructions were promptly emailed and a vet tech carefully went over instructions with us. The best part was being reunited with a wagging, alert Belle.

Recently I took my sweet boy Jesse to be neutered at PC Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic. The care he received, starting from the receptionist right up to the owner was nothing short of amazing! Every. Single. Employee is SO caring and professional, and I really could tell each one loves their job! Thank you for taking such great care of my boy!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Piedmont Communities Wellness Clinic. Everyone that works there is extremely professional and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand how to care for your pet after surgery and even check in with you via email. I am so pleased I choose them to handle my kitten's neutering.

I took my cat here for a spay and I will definitely be taking my other cat here too in the future! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and also answered any questions I had on aftercare. My cat recovered great and hasn’t had any issues at all. If you are looking for great care for your pets for very affordable prices, I highly recommend the Piedmont Communities clinic.

This place is a hidden gem. My vet recommended after the wait for shots was almost a month. I am very happy with my experience. It is walk in for shots so I was prepared to wait. My wait was around 15 min. The vet tech was super friendly...explained everything throughly and was so sweet with my dog. The vet came right in and was also amazing...took her time and answered my questions. The total bill was much lower than expected. I highly recommend and will definitely return. The front desk check in and check out was efficient and friendly.

Being a very anxious person by nature you can imagine on the day my 2 baby boys were scheduled for surgery my anxiety was at its peak. Once I arrived at the clinic and checked in,, I felt a sense of relief as the staff were extremely welcoming and positive. Not to mention the veterinarian made it a point to come out and indroce himself and proceed to explain the entire process , from start to finish of the upcoming procedure, assuring me that my babies were going to be well taken care of. I was completely comfortable leaving my babies in their care. I was notified immediately after surgery letting me know that both boys were doing okay and in recovery. A short time later I picked them up and once again greeted by the veterinarian with aftercare instructions. I am more than satisfied with my decision to use this facility . Seriously I was blown away by just how curtious the entire staff was. Go see them and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.....

Friendly staff. Chaotic waiting room with yapping dogs. Extremely cold temperature throughout the building. Long long waits for the doctors. But the prices are affordable and they get straight to the point in the exam room. Worth coming for the affordability but I recommend waiting in your car for the walk-in appointments after being checked in due to the craziness of their waiting room.

They were awesome they took my dog deuce in without an appointment. I'm so thankful for them very professional and courteous, best prices in Greensboro. I will be bringing my girls next with an appointment if course.
