Today was our 2nd visit with our 2 year old.  The atmosphere was welcoming /!: we started our appointment before time.  Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating!  My daughter enjoys going to this dentist.  I appreciate the constant communication and updates for appointments!

Great staff, beautiful and clean office! Everyone in the office were friendly and a delight. From the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist and dentist. My daughters had to transition from a pediatric dentist as they got older. They both have lots of anxiety with new faces and dentists, but Dr. Williams and her staff made it a very delightful and smooth experience. My oldest is now interested in becoming a dental hygienist after high school and I can't thank Dr. Williams and her staff enough for being so supportive, informative and allowing her the opportunity to learn from them!

DECEPTIVE PRACTICE! The staff at this location are nice and it appears the staff have knowledge of their respective jobs.  As with anything, when you visit your doctor or dentist, you trust their care. Since I am new to Charlotte , I heavily rely on reviews to make decisions of where I want to do business.  I went to this practice yesterday due to an issue I am experiencing.  When I called the practice to make the appointment, I gave my insurance information which was validated before scheduling the appointment.  Instead of doing the HONEST thing to build a trusting relationship with a new client, they deceptively left out they do no take insurance.  There are no signs posted in their practice and there is no fine or heavy print to indicate they are out of network with insurance. This practice DOES NOT participate with insurance companies.  Since they are out of network, they balance bill patients for what the insurance does not pay; however, mislead new patients in to thinking they accept your insurance as an ‘In Network’ dentist.  Although there were many questions surrounding acceptance of my insurance meaning ‘In Network’, I was advised they do accept my insurance and provided a breakdown of what the insurance covers out of network.  The dentist mentioned several times ‘the insurance doesn’t cover much’ but NEVER mentioned a very critical piece of information!  As someone with a legal and health/dental insurance background, I was skeptical with the feedback which required me to do my own research with these findings; the itemized bill was also incorrect of what my insurance covers I guess to get more money out of me.  My first and foremost goal is my health.   I am unable to trust this practice with my health if the goal is to deceive for money!  I left thinking there was no way I can get the urgent matter addressed due to the out of pocket cost!  My other goal is to ensure others don’t have the same experience.  I am not suggesting the practice is not good at their work; they just were no help to me.   I left with the same unaddressed issue, money I would not have needed to spend with an in network dentist, and added anxiety by the time I left the practice.  For deception alone, I will never return.

I love it here! They are super thorough and friendly. Doesn’t feel like a sterile doctors office but a comfortable place to be, always smells good and cozy from candles. Love dental hygienist Lauren- she is sweet, considerate and does a great job cleaning !

I moved to Charlotte a little over 2 years ago and have been searching for a dentist that is understanding and informative. This office has empowered me and gave me a sense of confidence that others in the area were not able to. And my hygienist was phenomenal!

Two thumbs up!! Our daughter is 2 and this was her first dentist experience. They were calm and friendly and patient. They helped teach my wife and I how to brush her properly, they cleaned my daughters teeth, amazingly. Hands down A+ treatment. They were clean and professional. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone with young kids. Absolutely the best experience we could have asked for.

Dr. Williams and her entire staff are amazing, from check in to checkup. It was my first time and finding a new dentist can be laboursome but I had a good experience, from my hygienist, who btw takes time to explain her process and treatment, to Dr. Williams who's accommodating and patient with her patients, I also appreciate her candor & honesty.

Can not say enough good things about Dr.Williams and her team. My whole family visits her for dental care- even my 2 year old. He loves going to visit, and both my husband and I enjoy going, too. Just a wonderful practice!

I had prior trouble finding a good dentist. I had even become afraid of them from prior experiences. The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are so attentive to each patients needs from the front desk to the back with Karen in billing. This is by far the best dental care in Charlotte! Best Dentist ever!!

Amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and friendly. The office was clean and felt safe. Definitely would recommend Dr. Williams and her staff to anyone looking for a new dentist!
