Very unprofessional starting from the receptionists, pharmacists, and nurses. They all give you an attitude, don’t answer the phone, can’t ask them anything because they try to scold you. Now, the doctors and nurse students are nice and are always doing their best to help with any questions, but it’s the staff that makes you not want to go back .
LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE EVER TO GO!!!! IF YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE THEY NEVER ANSWER, you might get a message saying you are the first person in the queue but they will have you waiting for over an hour, then get sent to VM which is full and they can no longer receive messages then the call automatically ends!! HOW IS THIS A HEALTH CENTER/CLINIC IF WE CANNOT EVEN GET IN CONTACT WITH THE FRONT DESK!!!!???????? Before I forget The front desk people are the MOST unprofessional people I have every met! When you walk in they already have an attitude, you ask them a simple question, they might answer it and if they do its with an attitude, or they just plain out ignore you;..my thing is If you do NOT like to work with people then WHY ARE YOU WORKING AT A CLINIC!!!!???? they are always treating people bad, I have seen it far to many times... and I know I am not the only one who feels the same THINGS NEED TO CHANGE. ASAP
I’ve never seen a waiting room run with such efficiency and kindness! They’re operating their regular services PLUS Covid-19 vaccines. The registration/ front desk staff are particularly patient and kind. Nurse Amber was super professional while remaining friendly and warm. Thanks everyone!
I don't usually write reviews but this was the last straw. It is always the same woman whom always seems to have the rudest attitude on the phone and in person. I understand we are all under a lot of pressure & stress but some of us work in an office setting with patients in and out asking a million questions but that does not give me the right to be rude & ugly to anyone!!!. Anywho this woman works in the pharmacy has short hair I'm sure many may have had same incident either recently or in the past.
Twenty minutes on hold, then kicked out of the phone waiting pattern. The recorded messages that cycle while on hold were done on speaker phone reducing the quality of the recording. In essence the front end of this organization implies a lack of quality which may reflect on the entire system it represents.
I understand the whole covid situation going on, but they want to schedule an appt for follow up on my one month old but refuse to see her because I also have my son with me and they won't allow other children back.. not only did we drove over 30 mins to arrive, they never stated in advance other children can not attend appt, how do they expect single mothers to bring there children in for follow ups if they have more then one child.. smh
I love the providers here. They are so genuine and brilliant. I trust them so much and they are always willing to answer my questions. I have been nothing but satisfied with my care here.

If I could, I would rate it as 0. I had a dentist appointment where I was supposed to get my x-rays and cleaning done. I made it to my appointment and they made me pay $160 that same day even before being called in. I was called in and they did my xrays and they told me that the hygienenist wasnt there so I wouldn’t be able to get my cleaning done. I told them that if I could get scheduled for cleaning assuming I wouldn’t pay since i already paid for Both cleaning and xrays and they told me NO, that I was suppose to pay another $75 to schedule an appointment and get my cleaning done. Also, apparently I had 3 cavities and I had to get fillings on the 3. To get those fillings I was supposed to pay about $300 for them. I went to another dentist office in Asheboro, got my xrays and cleaning done for only $180 and they told me that I had 0 cavities. I definitely DO NOT recommend this clinic because all they are trying to do is take away people’s money. I have a friend who also went to the clinic to get her teeth checked out and once again she had “A cavitity”... she had her filling done and one day out of no where that same tooth broke into half.. she called to the office and they NEVER ANSWER. Until she got scheduled in and they didn’t do ANYTHING. They only messed up her tooth even more and now she has to go to a specialist and pay $3000 to get it out! I just can’t with this clinic!!!!
I’m so tired of being on hold every time I call yes I understand they most likely short staffed but how is it I call everyday for a week and wait on hold for hour and no one can pick up. Smh this is crazy. Can’t even tell if the place is open or what.
