Love my appointments here! They are always sweet, welcoming and make you feel comfortable. They all talk to my little one and laugh with her & give her stickers and lollipops. Dr. Kadiyala listens to the things I have to say and genuinely cares about my well being. The lady that does the labs is also so sweet and good at taking labs which normally scare me. Also, not a long wait at all.

Dr Eltraway is AMAZING & does not deserve the 1 star review that I’m giving, but this review is not about him. It’s about Dr Kadiyala. I seen her for a video visit because I have severe endometriosis & am waiting for hysterectomy next month to help. I asked for pain medication as I’m currently on stomach cramping medication & it wasn’t doing enough. I hadn’t slept nor been able to eat for 3 days before deciding it was time to ask for something stronger. She said that there was nothing else she could give me & she wouldn’t give me pain medicine because I would only be more in pain when I didn’t have them.. As someone who has not been able to eat or sleep & is being told they won’t be given relief because “it’s just going to get worse again” is beyond me. I started crying during the visit because I was so upset & in pain & asked what am I supposed to do & she said “take some ibuprofen..is that all then?” I wasn’t asking for a forever prescription, just something to help get me through my period. I am a mom to 3 toddlers & I can barely get out of bed. No one deserves to be treated this way, least of all a young, sick, scared mom. I’m going through the same thing this month & sadly having to go to ER. I wish I could see Dr Eltraway but he is booked & I 1000% understand why! 5 stars for Dr Eltraway! -10 stars for “Dr” Kadiyala

I took my entire family here for a few years and it has gone severely down hill since. Dr. Eltaraway has turned his practice into a cash grab. As a patient, nobody there will listen to what is wrong with you, they overbook appointments so heavily that you spend hours in the waiting room and maybe get 2 minutes with an actual doctor, and I think they are running some sort of call center and online PA service out of the same office? IDK For all the visits I went in for I can't say anything I actually needed was properly addressed, and I was sent off to a myriad of useless specialists so the Piedmont system could milk my insurance as much as possible. You get better care for less money from Minute Clinic and Walmart.

Front desk staff is rude, condescending and unhelpful. I love my doctor Mr. Eltarawy, but the office experience has been awful since I first stepped foot in there. Dr. Eltarawy has been nothing but kind and shows concern for his patients. First visit was for a follow up after a MVA and the front desk told me it would be a $250 visit rather than my $25 copay due to the nature of the visit. What?? I didn’t pay that cost and left because that is absolutely absurd. What the heck do I pay insurance for if I’m charged a flat rate like that? The man at the front desk jack? seemed to enjoy making my life difficult after I was barely able to walk in there.. cane and all. He fronts this horrible demeanor every single time. Second visit was for blood work. The lady drawing my blood was rude and rough with me. Had to have another nurse draw my blood because I didn’t trust this lady after our encounter. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new doctor because this office has completely tainted my trust in their system and staff.

Very poor experience thus far. My doctor is wonderful, but unfortunately communication with the office/ clinical staff is next to impossible. I’m not one to complain or leave a review in general, but I would consider this physicians group a last resort.

A lot of these reviews say it all. The care from this physicians office is some of the most poor work I have seen. My well-being and care did not seem like a priority to their hands. I went in for a yearly checkup and got a prescription for an infection they found during my physical. They informed me it should be gone within 2 days of taking the pill but when it wasn’t gone after 4 days I knew I needed another prescription for the infection. It has now been 3 days of me trying to contact this office and I can not get through to anyone to receive the care I need. I have left voicemails, messages in the app, and have talked to the front desk but no one has been able to give me the help I need to feel better. I was informed over the phone that if I leave a voicemail I should receive a call the next day. I have not received that. If you care about you health and well-being do not go to this physicians office because they clearly do not care about yours.

The front desk employee was very attentive and pleasant to everyone he spoke to. Dr Elteraway and his NP went above and beyond. I have never felt more heard at a visit. Thank you all

Don’t go to this place RUN! Honestly the worst doctors office experience I’ve EVER had. I came in looking for help with my issues and left with more concerns, embarrassed, and feeling like I was an inconvenience to them. The lab lady who take takes blood should not be working in the field of helping people since all she cared about was getting off in time. I will not be going back and I suggest you don’t either.

I am new to the area and using Piedmont's website to find a primary doctor that will accept new patients. I have tried calling this office to get an appointment and after the lengthy prompt, the call connects only to have the associate hang up on me. After coming here to leave the office feedback, it is apparent that there is a lack of leadership and professionalism at this office. This is very discouraging for a new patient and abnormal for Piedmont Healthcare providers given my experience as a patient with them for over 5 years. Although I liked the education and background of the providers I researched at this office, I will be taking my medical care to another provider given this horrible first impression.

Hands down the best physician and team! Thank you for all you do to make visits pleasant!
