I was referred to Dr Wilson through the VA over a year and a half ago. I am so thankful that I meet Dr Wilson and his staff. I have no words to describe the excellence that you are treated when you arrive and until you depart. Dr Wilson is very kind and so knowledgeable and explains in detail the symptoms that seems to be causing my pain and the process in which he hopes will alleviate it. Awesome staff, always kind and Dr Wilson always explains what he is doing and what treatments he is doing. And Chriss is the same way. I am always glad to see them when I neet too and I would recommend them to anyone needing treatment for back pain ,neck pain and I'm sure there are other procedures they do but Dr Wilson has treated me for several years for my back and leg pain. He implanted a spinal stimulator in my back with wonderfully results. Just a great group of down to earth staff that takes the time to talk with you. Thank all of you for getting my life back on track.

Patient approx. 4 years Spinal Injections, Back Stimulator & pain management. Dr. Wilson handles my injections/procedures. He's a good Dr. to go to for the latest treatments available for pain relief. I know that I'll get the most out of pain management with his whole practice. Kris Watson is my "Front Man". He's my P.A.  I'm able to be honest about what's going on with my life, pain, & well that's my life. We discuss many ways to alleviate pain: massage therapy, swimming, yoga/stretching, & if I see a new therapy, he'll check on it for me & we'll discuss it at my next appointment. The nurses are very kind/caring. Office Staff: Patty has always been my favorite. Libby & Alecia handle scheduling. Don't miss an appointment with these women at the helm! Just call & reschedule. I'm a Veteran and this practice is part of Community Care. You're responsible for following up, just some advice. When they've needed anything from here, the office is right on it! If you're looking for strictly pain medicine, while they are pain mgmt., this is a more "progressive approach" practice. It's a good fit when you have A LOT of coexisting conditions and you're trying to maximize your pain relief. I can't even list everything I have going on, maybe next visit I'll ask. Lastly, I value the fact that the faces I see here are familiar. I like to keep my same health care providers, so thank you All!

I've seen all 3 physicians while under pain management at piedmont interventional pain clinic.  Ive had extensive hip, pelvis and back reconstruction. I have 3 plates and 18 screws with two 36 inch incision scars  .To put it short. My body is a MESS ! .. I primarily deal with Dr Watson. Dr Watson takes time to LISTEN.  Dr Watson not only takes  care of your pain concerns  he also takes time to ask you about your life outside the office . He really cares and treats you  as family . He always ask me how my family is doing and any issues I may have.  I highly recommend  seeing this office for pain management.  All the staff are professional and very friendly.

I am a 65 year old mature adult that since 1997 have dealt with 15+ orthopedic surgeries, and Piedmont Pain clinic has been the first doctors office in several years that have been courteous, polite and professional with me and treated me like a patient better than all others and it is greatly appreciated

Dr. Wilson knows his patients well enough to cater his services specifically to them. Instead of inserting a stimulator in my husband’s back himself, he referred him to a neurosurgeon so Greg would have restrictions for fewer weeks after surgery. He knew this was more suited to Greg’s lifestyle as an active farmer. This being less financially beneficial to Dr. Wilson illustrates his putting his patients ahead of himself.

Everyone in the office make me feel like a patient and not just another number bigger facilities have this issue. My first procedure, Dr. Wilson actually interacted with me on a person level and felt genuine. I’m now going through a trial for an implant and still feel like everyone there cares.

Very fast and efficient service.  I was running late and they worked hard to get my paperwork updated so that I could keep my appointment.

I have 2 discs in my lower back that have advance to stage 2 disc degeneration. Being active with my children, surgery isnt an option yet. Dr. Wilson has performed several injections to help me continue to be able to walk like normal and to be active with my children. Without this help and support of him and his crew, I wouldnt be able to do as I can do. Thank you

Dr. Wilson is always attentive to any concerns that I raise during any of my visits. His staff is superb. They are compassionate and empathetic of my condition and always friendly. I couldn't ask fora better team.
