Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to in all my 41 years. From the incredible empathy delivered immediately from front desk with Carlos and team to the hygienist and care under Dr. Guerisoli, I’ve never felt more like VIP than I have in their office. Their attention to details when considering aesthetics and creating a cozy environment to how they care for you and every detail of your experience. They went above and beyond for me after a very negative experience at the dental office next door. What may have deterred me from ever seeing a dentist again, the team at a Piedmont Oak Dental changed my mind. I cannot say enough nice things. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
Every time I attend Piedmont oaks dental I always have an amazing experience! They truly care about their patients, they work with you financially, and they're also lgbtqa+ inclusive which as a trans individual means so much to me. It's a clean beautiful environment where dentists and staff are very positive and kind. They always let you what's happening next or every step of what they need to do for you and they're very gentle if you have sensitivities. Overall I highly recommend this amazing place to everyone you won't be disappointed.
My husband and I both had our first visits to this dental office in the last month, and we are super happy with the office and staff. Our dentist was very kind and it was an overall good visit. We both came back on separate days to see Trish, the dental hygienist, for our teeth cleaning. Trish is the reason why I felt compelled to come back to leave a review, which I seldomly do. First of all, Trish must have some sort of record for being the oldest dental hygienist still working in the country. She has to be in her late 70s or early 80s. I'd be retired sipping a cocktail on a beach somewhere, so major props to her for enjoying her career this much. She mentioned still needing to afford her bills, which made me kind of sad that she still has to work at her age to afford to live. Trish needs a raise and a bonus POD! My husband was the first to get his teeth cleaned, and he came home telling me how he felt as if his gums had just got rapped and how he felt like he needed a cigarette after, haha. I was cracking up because men are so sensitive. However, I had Trish the next day and had a similar experience. She goes very deep into your gums and really takes her time removing every spec on plaque she can detect in the far depths of your gums. As she was cleaning my teeth, she kept accidentally turning the light on her glasses off so she couldn't see my teeth. I asked her if she could see what she was doing and she told me not to worry, that she just went off of feeling and didn't rely on her sight. She also gave me one of the best backhanded compliments I've ever received and told me I'd make a horrible teeth model. At first, I was thinking to myself, my teeth can't be that bad, then she clarified it had nothing to do with looks, it was because I barely had any plaque to clean so I'd make a horrible patient model for students. God bless Trish. She is the best and I'm looking forward to my next teeth cleaning session with her! I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it!
Dr. Guerisoli is the best dentist I’ve been to. He is thorough with his work explaining everything clearly as he goes along.Allen is my technician who I see on a regular basis and inspires me to floss daily. And the front desk people are very friendly and helpful especially Noel. I can’t recommend Piedmont Oaks Dental enough.
I've recently started going here and since had a cleaning with Alan and a cavity filled by Dr. Guerisoli. Great experience all around. Office is clean and all staff is very professional.
Dr. Guerisoli and staff are professional, respectful, caring with smiles from all the workers. All my visits are welcome, peaceful and it's the best place in the city for dental work. The service is worth the cost. Peace! Coach...
Honestly the worst front desk imaginable. The TL;DR is they lied to my face telling me they filed a claim with my insurance and that I would receive reimbursement for my cavity payment, but didn't. I first went to Piedmont Oaks and was impressed by the nice office, and modern equipment. I was quickly pressured into buying a deep cleaning service, and agreed to several appointments for the deep cleaning and a cavity over the next month. Almost every day for the next couple of weeks I received a call from the front desk asking if I'd like to have my appointment pushed up to some spot that just opened up that day. I switched jobs and had to switch dental insurance before my appointment, and when I gave them my updated insurance information they submitted the claim to the wrong insurance company. When I asked them to correct the claim they said they did, but after speaking with the insurance company no corrected claim was ever submitted. When I asked if the deep cleaning would be paid for by my new insurance they told me I was responsible for that information. When I contacted the insurance company they explained that the dentist needed to send them a pre-authorization form. Not only did they lie to my face they were deliberately deceitful about the pre-authorization process because they wanted me to simply impulse buy the procedures and pay in cash, which I did unfortunately for my cavity, and now I am out of pocket for over $330. After a week of asking them to send a pre-authorization for my deep cleaning BEFORE the appointment they finally did it the day of the appointment, after their 48 cancellation window was closed. There are literally a dozen dentists within a 2 block radius. Give anyone of them a try before you visit this manipulative and deceitful office.

Fantastic experience - not something I usually say about going to the dentist! Carlos made it easy to schedule an appointment for me; Brittany was wonderful coordinating my care; and Tricia made me feel like I was her only and most important patient when she cleaned my teeth.
Highly recommended. The Doctor and the staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful since the very beginning of the process. My husband needed his tooth removed and everyone made him feel comfortable and well taken care of. No pain after the procedure. Excellent job!
