This office is amazing. I have been working with them for years and they are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Kristen is the best! All of the staff here is very polite friendly and attentive. 10/10 highly recommend
All the staff were super nice and helpful. They made me feel reassured and helped me to feel at ease when nervous about my procedure. I got a tooth extraction and didn’t feel a thing, it was quick and easy! Such a great office, team, and dentists. I would definitely recommend this place. Wish it was a general dental office that’s how much I like it!
A solid three stars because the receptionists are responsive and helpful, and I had no complications after getting my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Belcher, who was nice. However, my experience on the day of surgery itself felt a little strange. As I was preparing for the oral surgery, I overheard the nurse full-on yelling at a client over the phone. Granted, it sounded like the client was being very rude to her, but the nurse unfortunately lost control and yelled back loudly, and then slammed the receiver down hard. I was walking on eggshells around her after that. The same nurse went to insert the IV in my arm for the anesthetic, and it seemed like the device did not work I did not dare to look. "Wow, that was messy!" I heard someone say. "It's dripping down. Better clean that up. These catheters are sloppy," another technician remarked. I was not impressed. They finally got it to work after several tries. Luckily, I am not scared of needles so I did not let that incident make me too anxious. But it did seem a little unprofessional.
I recently went to this office to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I have a history of severe anxiety and panic attacks. I was also very nervous about the anesthesia. I made sure to note this on my paperwork and also had a conversation about this with Dr. Belcher during my consultation. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Belcher had a hard time getting the IV started which is not unusual as anytime I have ever had blood drawn or an IV, they usually always have a hard time with my veins, however, because of this Dr. Belcher seemed rather annoyed and so did the technicians. Fast forward, I woke up and once I “came to” I tried to ask one of the technicians a question and was completely ignored. I would also like to state that NOT ONE staff member would look me in the eye or say anything to me at all. Instead, they were talking about the blood that got on the chair, on the floor and the other equipment. It was almost like everyone was mad. When the lady rolled me out of the back of the office to my mothers car, she looked at my mother and said “she was very difficult to work on” and my mother apologized to her letting her know that I was very nervous about the anesthesia. When my mother apologized the lady did not say anything at all which set the tone and made everything so much worse. My mother also stated that the lady looked and seemed very upset. Being that I was referred to this office by my general dentist I do plan on letting them know about the poor experience that I had. There was no kindness or bedside manner at all. I would not recommend this office to anyone and will not be returning after the way that I was treated.
I do NOT recommend this place - I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. My son went in to have his wisdom teeth removed along with a couple other - 6 total. After they sedated him they told him another tooth needed to come out, an impacted molar shouldn't they have seen that on the x-ray?! and then realized he had a cyst that also needed to be removed. AGAIN, something they should've seen before - I know because I had one too and knew well before that it would have to be removed. He was EXTREMELY swollen for several days but it did go down. Then suddenly one side became swollen and very painful. We called and made an appointment for the next day, even though there was supposed to be an ice storm. I was assured they would call if they closed. Well guess what, after driving 45 minutes to get there...my husband is welcomed by LOCKED doors. What kind of customer care is this? THE WORST. Make the drive and go somewhere else.
I saw Dr Belcher today and had a problem tooth extracted. I am not a dental work fan but was in dire need and could not be happier with my care. My post extraction bleeding had almost completely stopped within one hour and every staff member I met treated me with care and sympathy. My expectations were definitely exceeded and I'm so glad I went today, they squeezed me in as an urgent referral. Thank you all so much!! Especially you Doctor, I can already tell the difference your care and compassion has made for me. Office music is also great and also exceeded expectations :
I was extremely satisfied from the moment I walked through the door. All of the ladies in the front are very kind and professional, and the rest of the staff and doctors are just remarkable. Everyone makes sure you are not nervous, they go through everything with you, make sure you understand, and are very gentle. I enjoyed my delightful help today. She was sweet, witty and very smart. I'm looking forward to seeing them again soon for my operation! -Mrs Sprinkles <3
Very poor experience with my 12 year old daughter. They did not applied a topical anesthesia prior to apply the local anesthesia to minimize the pain of the injection, my daughter said she was in a big pain at the beginning of her procedure because she received 8 injections. Then, their protocol is to take the patient out of the room walking on their own because they only asked to the patient if they are OK for me this is very stupid approach because the patient may still under anesthesia effect, specially for a kid, it is the same that work under assumption and assumptions is the mother of all mistakes. I seen other places taken out their patients in a wheel chair regardless. On top of all this, they didn’t provide any pain medication for my daughter. If they would be smarter, they will understand that the final outcome of their protocols shall be overall customer satisfaction. This is what businesses that provide a service shall be looking because that is what they are selling, that is how business makes money and stay around the community longer than others. Do a favor to yourself and find another place where to receive treatment. If I could, I will rate minus 5 star this place. In case you don’t trust my opinion, I have a masters degree in Industrial Management from University of Texas, and one of my final elective courses was Lean in Healthcare, and I can tell you that this office needs improvement. I agreed with others saying their front desk staff is very friendly.
Dr.Gollehon took my all four of my wisdom teeth out absolutely effortlessly. My face was not swollen in the slightest, very minimal pain. Was not expecting this great of an experience given the circumstances. Would recommend to anyone in need of wisdom teeth removal!
Very sad and disappointed. Do I happen to look like a rich old white women who can afford an insanely high bill? I called and specifically asked what would this oral surgery cost. I was told $600 plus.... Plus what, another hundred or two or three, but $2687. in total I was told when I called that your practice has been doing this type of surgery for years. So, you would think they would know to the penny what the cost was. I also told her that I would probably be doing this without insurance. Your "money" person told me we could cut that figure if I went without anesthesia insane suggestion. Sorry I will not to paying your payroll this month.
