Community Park donated in 1918 to all the children of Piedmont. Playground, picnic shelter, benches, memorial gardens, public library on land.
The Land that the Piedmont Park encompasses was donated in 1918 by Captain C V Gardner and donated to " All the children of Piedmont". On this land you will find: A Memorial Garden and Grounds, a Playground, basketball court, A Picnic Shelter, several benches and picnic tables and a Community Library. The Park is overseen by an all volunteer board and operates on a very limited budget through the City of Piedmont.
