Piercing Pagoda

Great experience from the very beginning I started buying from this place! One time I had bought real diamond sterling silver and earrings but one of my backings was turning green. I go to the manager next day and she said that’s not supposed to happen and she swapped my old pair out for a new one! She really helped me with a defective pair of earrings.

Hanna was excellent. She was very patient with me and she has excellent customer service skills. Not only with myself but with the other customers that approached the booth while I was standing there. For sure I will come back and buy from Hanna

Drove way out of my way to get my ears pierced. Nobody was attending the booth. Waited for 40 minutes and left. What a waste of time. UPDATE: I went back after grabbing a bite at the food court. The attendant was back and I got my ears pierced. She was friendly and did a great job helping me. I am increasing my rating from a 1 to a 4.

The lady who did mine was very nice and sweet and she was very informative and wanted to make sure I like my piercing! She went over their guarantee and everything and made sure I was comfortable! 100% recommend :

I I bought a gold necklace from PagodaAnd the lady told they had to mix there rose gold with copper .I'm not the smartest guy in the world but if I buy gold or rose gold then I expect to buy gold for my money not gold and copper. I will never buy anything from them anymore

My fears of having my ears pierced were totally mistaken. They made the process, literally painless, and i love my first pair of studs. Highly recommend this place

Fake Gold. Assistant manager is a joke cursed up a storm and had attitude. Won't return your money if they don't make any sales that day. No manager phone number. No customer service. 30 day guarantee is a joke. Had to sit for an hour to get a $40.00 refund. No professionalism at all. Selling jewelry but don't have $40.00 to refund? "I'm not losing my job for $40.00" some job you're holding down then. Says more about your fishy business than me.

Had a sign up saying they would return at 3:20, waited for about 40 minutes after that and no one ever showed up. I was with a group of 4 and 2 other couples were there wanting to make purchases.

Wow where do I start..so I work really close with these amazing people at piercing pagoda.Miss Leanne is beyond amazing helpful/respectful and also full of knowledge,I went in their for a gold chain and with that experience I fell in love with their pieces and now own 2 bracelets, 2 gold chains,2 pierced ears and counting..now I know where to go for my jewelry.thank you to the whole team you young ladys are appreciated and worth doing business with forever..I thank you. - David
