Just received a pairs of chandelier earring made by this vendor today. The earrings are beautiful and very well-made. Judith was very helpful, responsive and professional through the process. This company deserves their A+ rating at the BBB.

They always go the "extra mile" to make sure I am totally satisfied with my purchase, whether done by phone, or in person, at their store in Aspen. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He acted this way knowing that we would not purchase anything, as we just came in for information. He kindly offered to clean my fiance's ring, as he told us more about the gemstone and history of the ring as best he could. Well worth the visit!
Regrettably I did not catch the name of the gentleman that helped me. However, he was extremely fair and helpful. He answered all my questions and even corrected some misinformation that another jeweler had given me about the piece I had. If you want a knowledgeable staff, look no further, this is your store. Beautiful items in the store as well.
Very unscrupulous jewelry dealer. Be careful when dealing with them. Bought a piece on approval and they would not return my money. Never happened to us before and have bought things in the past. Hustler. He should join the popup stores that he is complaining about.
