Piggly Wiggly of Olive Branch

I used to love shopping here, and when I heard bad reviews I shook them off. But today is Valentine’s Day, and I spent $30 on two lobster tails. I got a pack with one that was starting to go bad, and one that was fine. When I came back to the store a few hours later, I tried to exchange the bad lobster tail for a good one, and the man who cuts meats was more than happy to help me. When he went to ask his manager Matt about it, Matt said absolutely not, and was hinting that the man who tried to help me would be reprimanded for taking the return. He was extremely rude to both me and his employee. I was turned away with the disgusting lobster. Bad customer service, unfortunately will not be coming back for fresh foods.

I love the old famous traditional greeting and bag boys all with smiles on their faces. This location had the best yellow meat watermelon as well as prepacked dips

I am very impressed! I shopped there on Wednesday and used the ad I received. As I went through the store I compared prices with the store I have shopped in Memphis. The overall prices are less here. The end total saved us $54.00. They do not carry everything a larger store would have but they have everything you seriously need. I will be back.

A grocery store is a grocery store. Well not here. They take it a step above! I really enjoy going there. Usually super fast in and out. Fairly easy to find anything in there and they have some fair prices. We will continue to go there!

We’ve been shopping at this store in the community that I live in for over 8 years. My daughter is a middle school cheerleader and I’m a booster. We’re raising money for the cheer team. I asked them for a donation a week ago. The manager initially said he thought they’d donate if I brought back a flyer. I brought back a flyer and a 5013c non for profit letter and a picture of the team. I went back 4 times and got the run around each time from 3 different managers and assistant managers. They should really be ashamed of themselves. I would have taken anything for our cheer Father’s Day fundraiser. Any kind of gift card would have been fine $20, $25,$30???? Anything just to say we got a donation from them. Thanks for nothing Piggly Wiggly. Way to NOT support your local schools and cheer team. And Thank you to Lowe’s, Oak Barrell, BBQ Right, Mesquite Chip House, Olivebranch Country Club, Sonic, Ms Hippie Eats, and The Lux Barber Shop for supporting local schools and cheer leaders.

Shelves fully stocked during peak hours and friendly people. Only gave 4 stars because lines can tend to be longer since they don’t do self check out which I’m thankful for but if you’re in a hurry, you’ll need to be patient.

Love that it's not a huge store. Tired of giant stores. Had pretty much all you need. Needs a little updating overall. Clean bathrooms, thank you! Lovely produce section & and of course, meat!!

Friendly and helpful. Store was stocked. The parking lot was completely full but the store inside seemed organized and it went smoothly
