Pik N' Run

This is my second time in the store and this woman named Nancy did nothing but complain and talk really bad about the employees to the customers. She has a nasty attitude and orders people around while she is outside complaining to the customers and smoking. I decided to sit there and watch. I sat there for about 20 minutes and watched her go for a cigarette 3 times. Every customer that went by her she, she complained to. Honestly, she should be fired. Not Happy.

The blonde manager has NO customer service skills she is very unprofessional also racist the register went down before they made my coffee 2 ladies were in front of me they were seperate customers both ladies got their coffee freebecause the had credit cards. She gave me the 3rd degree because my only payment method was credit. I told her I don't carry cash sorry. Needless to say she would rather throw my coffee away then give it to me. The very pleasent cashier gave my son his munchkins thank you for that. I wan not by all means looking for a hand out. She couldn't even apoligize for keeping me there for 10 mins trying to get my card to work.

The Pick n' Run on Toledo Blade In Port Charlotte Just Belittled Me! All Peolple in Port Charlotte Our Customer Service Has Gone Down Hill HUGELY. I Thought When You Go Somewhere to Purchase Something You Should Be Treated With Kindness, Respect, and Professionalism. But Apparently Here Is Not The Place For That Kind Of Service. I Would Like To Say To Our Charlotte County That I Had The WORST Experience Here. I Went Into the Pick N' Run Here In Port Charlotte On Toledo Blade To Purchase Some Cigarettes That Required ID. Yes It Was My Mistake To Not Have It. So I Took The Time To Go Home And Come Back And Purchase My Merchandise. When i Did Do That I came Back In And Handed My ID Over. He Cashier Then Smuggly Said Thank You For Getting Your ID. I Was Shocked At The Sheer Audacity Of This Man To Say This Just To Take Another Dig At Me. I Was In The Middle Of Swiping My card When ITold Him How Inconvenient It Was As A Regular Patron To This Establishment That He wouldn't Even Consider Taking My Husbands ID For The Purchase And I Had To Take The Time To Go Back Home. He then Said "You Know What??" And snatched Back My Cigarettes and said You're Just Being a Stinker. I said i just swiped my card for those he then pulled a ticket and said VOIDED ticket. To which i said you can't actually refuse me sale in the middle of it. To which He Said Do You Want My Bosses Number?? And i said Yes actually. He gave it to me And as he was writing it down and being Irate And Said You're just a Stinker. I said i Have NEVER been Treated this way. And that he had Just Lost a regular customer And That This Is why their Customer Base has Gone Down there.i was insulted and belittled.

I have been there multiple times. I should know better . Nancy has the worst customer service skills ever. She seems to never let me down with her attitude .Not really Sure why in the world they still have her there.Its beyond me

Attended turned the Light off t at 8:23 pm as I walked up to the door.

Place is somewhat small but gas wise but easy to In and Out and they have a lot of food decent place and it's cheap
