Here, it doesn't matter what you think is wrong or imperfect. Whatever physical obstacle or personal goal you have, its our job to get you get there. We love what we do as a family owned business, because we give the personal attention our unique clients need. Our certified staff and fully equipped studio welcomes a range of physical diversity. Because no two bodies are alike, we take the time to listen to our clients. As a priority, the relationship comes first- then business. We take each session as a new chapter developing new skills and personal growth to establish better self esteem, physical change, and healing movement. No matter the injury, history, or bad habit, it's the health and future happiness of our clients we strive for.

At Pilates N Harmony we believe the first principal of Pilates is concentration. We seek to bring you to a calm, relaxed and meditative mind. From there you will develop the highest level of concentration, free of inhibitions and insecurities you will be able to work on self. Our instruction is imaginative, motivating and supportive. Our environment is designed to be a tranquil and safe place to feel free and uninhibited.
