Pilates Process is a studio and Education Centre. Our beautiful, fully equipped studio is located in the heart of Greektown, a bustling, vibrant community 10 minutes from downtown Toronto.
We offer private, semi-private and small group instruction.
The Pilates Process™ offers a refined approach to Pilates that incorporates current scientific research on movement and core stability. This constantly evolving information guides our teaching, making us continually improve and adapt this progressive exercise form. Through years of incorporating new knowledge, we have become increasingly more effective in the use of Pilates to treat injuries and back pain as well as developing a safer approach to fitness.
