Get all your results at one studio! We offer 2 types of Reformer Pilates group classes, Kickboxing, TRX, Strength Training, Bootcamp, Yoga & Cardio Barre group classes. We also offer private and semi private training.

Description

Pilates Pro - 40 or 55 minute group reformer classes. This amped up class combines resistance, lengthening, strength training and cardio, helping you feel better than ever, especially upon repeat visits.

Pilates Classic - Traditional group reformer pilates classes on our FitFormer. This is a full body exercise class that educates, realigns and balances the body, building lean, flexible muscles. This method increases coordination and improves body alignment and posture while relieving stress and tension.

TRX - Suspension training supports all fitness levels and goals by letting you harness your own body weight to create resistance, while developing strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. TRX exercises can easily be modified for all fitness levels.

matBox - A new full-body fusion workout that combines kickboxing, pilates and yoga into one powerful session. A Pilates ProWorks original, matBox is a powerful workout that starts with a round of high-intensity kickboxing with a punching bag. Then, the gloves come off and you hit the mat for a round of Pilates to strengthen your core. The final round incorporates Yoga to leave you aligned, balanced and fully invigorated. The result is a balanced mix of high-energy and focused intensity that tones, aligns and blasts calories.

Bootcamp - Looking for a High intensity circuit style of workout in your life? A workout that make you feel like you sweat for hours but you're in and out in 40 or 55 min? Look no further than our 40Works Bootcamp! High intensity drills utilizing different tools, from TRX, weights, Gliders, med balls, slam balls, kettlebells and your own body weight! We will work on Cardio Drills, Strength Training, Core Training and then finish off with a fun High Energy metabolic conditioning challenge to finish your workout! Get that after-burn calorie blast you've been searching for!

Barre Pro
Get into this intensely paced full-body workout that’s based on ballet barre work. The pilates matwork helps you to burn fat while creating glutes, abs, quads and calves that make people do a flattering double-take.

Stretch & Restore - Improve joint flexibility, free stagnation in the muscle tissue, lubricate the joints and foster a quiet meditative state. This class infuses pilates mat and yoga inspired stretches.
