Not too bad. The store is very clean and organized. Men's room was a 4/5. Very Small lot for parking. Alot of dropped trailers and tractors taking up spaces which annoys me. No spots for a full truck and trailer to park. Onsight truck washout which is a plus. Otherwise pretty quiet and chill.
Truck stop is always full when I come by here. It’s a busy area I guess. Tight parking, small lot, minimal parking spot. Unfortunately other drivers sit in fuel island for a long period of time.
It’s a joke, they need to swap all workers. Dirty all around. Looks like fake shower line , same numbers after 45 minutes. Also truck drivers, keep clean place after your visit - you can’t call yourself truck drive while littering everywhere.
Seriously took every bit of 30 min to pump $60 in gas. Employees act clueless as to what to do instead of simply switching me pumps. Manager refused to help employees with matter.
Waited a half an hour, at least, for a shower. No one ever came out of the shower area, no movement by the employees. All of a sudden my number gets called... but no one left... now, 20 seconds later the number after me is called... oh, and there's a sour sewer smell in the room and there's no lock. Nice. I hate PFJ
We were “stranded” with our RV when our transmission went out passing through. They took excellent care of our family the whole week while we wait ones on the repair. Clean facilities, friendly people, and great selection of food plus close to lots of restaurants! Thank you for hosting us!!
Nice and clean place, friendly team… And if it weren’t for the 2 meter “uncle” who kicks travelers out of the parking lot at 6 in the morning, this place would probably be even better…. Yes, yes, if you are a truck driver or a traveler, they will certainly kick you out to be honest, I meet such rudeness for the first time in years of travel and hundreds of truck stops ....
Be careful of skimmers on the gas pump. I just got gas and immediately my card was skimmed. I tried to let them know and the clerk dismissed my concerns. The clerk said it was just the bank putting a hold on my account. Problem is that it was the bank called me to ask if I made a large purchase at the travel plaza. So, no, it wasn't a hold put on by the bank. Just be careful getting gas here, the clerks don't seem to care.
I'm an owner operator expedite driver and this is one of my favorite stores. The store is clean and the employees are really nice. I travel all over and I don't price shop for my gas. I buy 99.9% of my fuel from Pilot or Flying J. I only buy from another store if there are no Pilot/Flying J 's. Thanks for making my job easier. Well after spending over 100 dollars at this location from Friday night to Sunday afternoon and using my shower credits. I was told to leave and I explained to him that I spend alot of money in these stores and I am a loyal customer. All of my electronics are purchased at Pilot Flying J and I buy food among other things. I guess that you guys have found a new hobby harassing loyal customers. Yet they have no bobtail parking and there has been 3 to 4 bobtails parking here beside me the whole time. They take up more than 1 space by the way. The problem that you have is not paying customers like myself. The problem is that you seem to allow homeless people camp out in your parking lot. I have had the same couple sleeping in their car next to me with their dogs. I had to ask him to roll up his windows so that I could pass by to my van because the dogs were aggressive. I really dislike giving Pilot a 1 , but hopefully you'll understand that I'm a part of your loyal customer base who respects your property. I'm not sure what problems you are having, but there has only been a few vans here each day. I think that there are 3 as I type. You have signs clearly posted no bobtail parking but yet there are 3 to 4 bobtails parked here at any given time. My guess is that your homeless people camping in your lot every night can't be helpful. Friday night I noticed that there were at least 4 cars with homeless camping. Please remember most of us support Pilot and Flying J truck stops. We are your customer base. I am an administrator in an expediter group and we have over 3k members and I am constantly promoting Pilot and Flying J, but if you don't want my business just reply to this review and ask me not to return. Thanks a loyal customer
11 ppl in line for a shower. That's an abnormally long line for 10am so I asked if there was a problem with the system. Girl tells me, "nope." So I wait 2 hours. 6 minutes after I get naked maintainance just walks in on me. No knock. After I shower I go to the counter. Same girl working. Tell her what happened. Her reply, "our system is acting up." Fire them all and close the location. Old guy working named Rob thought it was funny. Said he'd charge $25 for a shower if he could after i mentioned for $16 and a 2 hour wait i should get SOME privacy and that it wouldn't bother him for someone to walk in on him. Who told these entry level minimum wage mfs they get to share their opinion on company time?
