Exceeded my expectations in service and cleanliness. My shower was very, very clean. All the night and morning staff were very helpful and friendly to all the customers or busy doing other things to take care of the store. Yet not too busy to greet customers. A couple truck pumps were down at night, but by morning they were fixed. Thank you for all your hard work.
I stopped here this past week while traveling through and wanted to share that the manager Stephanie was simply amazing! She went above and beyond to get me a fresh hot meal and then proceeded to check me out when I know she had other things she needed to be doing. All in all, a great truck stop! Restrooms were better than expected, even smelled clean.
Not a bad experience overall. Gas was easy to get to, they had a convenient self checkout register, and the bathrooms were in relatively good condition. Would not recommend using their Subway, though.
This gas station fully takes advantage of the fact they are a truck stop. Everything from drinks to food is highly expensive compared to other gas stations around it. If you use the bathroom here. Be prepared to have female employees constantly coming in while you're trying to go. Very awkward to say the least. They rely primarily on the self check outs. If you need something from behind the counter good luck getting one of the 5 employee that are just standing around to help you. Save your money and go to an actual decent gas station. For you truckers out there. I'm sorry these places take advantage of y'all.
Morning stop on a daily basis. Today it was required to scan my DL for a tobacco purchase. Always my proven birth date was acceptable. Walked out leaving 30$ of merchandise on the counter. The associate was rude and condescending. Maybe it's time to look for a new Morning stop. Not recommended!
Emily refused to do her job at the register and forced me to use self checkout when I deliberately did not want to use self checkout. Subway is not 24hours and bathroom sink was clogged. Terrible place for us tired truckers.
Was sitting in the Subway on my computer minding my own business and not only were the workers pretty much nonexistent at the counter to the point where they lost out on five customers while I'm sitting there because there's no one there to take their order, they decided that it would be appropriate to blare music from the back that had an excessive use of the n-word. I'm off for listening to music while you work, and even if you want to have it really loud to where customers can hear it that's fine, but if you're going to play music that loud in public you need to make sure that it is respectable. No parent should have to explain to their six-year-old child what the n-word is because they happened to hear it in a truck stop.
I used the Georgia skill game the machine took my five dollars and the attendent was no help at all said I would need to call the gambling addiction number on the Machine usually they are nice and attentive but no help het just pointed at the number on the machine and walked away rudly
Dunkin donuts inside. Hot food. Subway. Clean restroom. . Not a bad stop if you're traveling.
A complete rip off, just like all pilots and flying j's. Fuel was $0.25 more expensive than down the road and def fluid was overpriced as well. I can't believe truckers have to pay this for diesel and def.
