Clean restrooms and friendly staff! Need I say more? Well stocked shelves with a good variety of items. Multiple food choices plus a built in Subway. Showers for truckers. Easy off and on from I-80!
I can’t believe what I just experienced, I went inside the store to eat two slices of pizza and I am the only one on line…but I placed myself in front of the hot counter to direct the lady to the one I wanted. Two customers arrived and were served while I kept being ignored, when I called for their attention they told me, like if I were a kid, you have to stand in front of me to order. After a long day of 13 hours of work, I could not believe it and I left without my order. It’s always the people who don’t know how to live who try to ruin your day…!
Worst experience EVER at this pilot. Me and my boyfriend went in to take a shower late night around 11:45pm and all 5 showers were available but haven't been cleaned. Well we waited about 20 mins or so and i happened to go to the back to check if anyone started cleaning and just so happened i seen the worker cleaning the toliet in one of the bathrooms but she was using the TOILET water to clean it. I confronted her about it and she admitted she did but stating "yeah but I'm not done cleaning it". Unbelievable and so unprofessional. I can imagine how she cleans her own home. So freaking GROSS and disgusting. I immediately ask to refund our shower credits. The gentleman that printed our tickets was very sincere and nice and apologized for the lady actions. He also stated this women has had several complaints. In my opinion this definitely warrants termination. I would not want a person like this working for me. This type of behavior makes me look at Pilot truck stops in a didn't way now. Should be 0 stars not worth 1.
Well this pilot is pretty nice. It has a subway and hot food as well. By that I mean pizza. They also have a Cinnabon. The staff are ok as well. They did have some produce as well. The parking has good amount of spaces. There is also a McDonald’s next door. You’ll also find a restaurant’s day a dollar general across the street.
They have tons to browse in the store and the staff is always friendly. They also have a Denny's inside.
Good selection on snacks and drinks. Also lots of equipment and safety apparel. DEF for the diesels. Bathrooms are clean so were the showers
The cleanest and best customer service I ever had from any truck center. I have ODC and when I say my eyes see everything I mean it. The bathroom was so cleaned and comfortable. I felt at home it was amazing. I pray more people care about truckers and their comfortablility lik this pilot in Lamar PA. Thank you guys for your service it shows that your workers appreciate our service.
Very clean and convenient location. They offer many items to eat and buy.
Great Mgr at Moe's inside. Food was great. My good friend Cedric fellow Driver with Prime Inc visited me.
If you need gas, we picked up shot glasses on had 6 to choose from luckily I found 1 I liked.
