Bathrooms need a little deep cleaning. Staff is welcoming and professional. New Budget INN is next door.
Showers too small. Entrance too small. Creating a backup onto the main road. Parking too small. Only about 20 spots. The food is not stocked at all, except subway. And fuel prices are higher here.
The kid behind the counter at subway was real slow moving and our meatball sub was cold, but he was nice enough. The big guy behind the main counter was awesome though, really funny and personable. Super refreshing after a long day traveling.
store is great! clean, staff is super friendly, food is good quality. truck pumps are old, dirty. truck lot is laughable. no room to stage trucks for pumps, minimal parking, entire property is much too small. private showers are nice, shower stalls are small, pathetic water pressure. water turns boiling when anyone else in the building flushes, and doesnt return to a decent temperature for 15-30 seconds. left shower not feeling clean at all.
Old short guy with the funny voice ! Very rude !!! I bought the cigarettes and he couldn’t scan my id , and trying to refuse sold me cigarettes! Everyone know , sometimes ID doesn’t get scan on some locations.
This location has Subway. It's a small Pilot, but I was still able to navigate the truck pumps with my 45ft fifth wheel. This location is very clean, and the employees are friendly and courteous. I don't have any complaints other than how small the women's bathroom stalls are. To get out of the middle stall, I feel like I have to straddle the toilet to open the door.
It a bit small but the customer service is great I had a problem with some in my paid spot but she made it right and gave us front door parking thks for the great service
The store was clean and well stocked. The young man working the counter I didn't get his name...big guy, bigger heart very professional. He appeared to be working alone, the store was crowded, and while dealing with everything I spilled an entire cup of coffee at the cash register. His demeanor never changed and he managed to process the customers and take care of the mess. Best customer service experience.
It's a really really small pilot products you got to ask and I'll probably have them but in a small area because it Hello Kitty beanies parking lot it's not that big it's good for a quick stop and then on your way. Good thing inside you can find Subway and here there it does have its cat scale
First off the entrance was designed by a person that has never even seen a truck then like 60% of the parking spots are paid the shower was probably the worst I have had on the road it’s small I’m not a big guy but I’m broad in the shoulders and standing sideways both my shoulders were touching walls and would have had better water pressure from a rainstorm rollers were empty subway isn’t open late just move on down the road unless absolutely necessary
