Super clean and well stocked with an Arby's inside. Great quick stop off the highway. The detours helps.
6:50 am No breakfast food available. Arby’s doesn’t open till 9. This is why I will bring my business to loves pilot doesn’t know who they serve, or care. All the lady at the counter could say is you can’t find people to work. ALSO trash cans overflowing since yesterday. See pictures.
3 times in a row. Pull up to a pump and the pumps not working. They should put cones blocking it. Then pull around to now wait in line for a pump just to find out the key board at pump isn't working or the app won't communicate with their server.. Pumps leak worse than any Ive used... And...Shower was almost cold.
First things first, Pilot has great coffee to start!! This truck and travel center is a great stop with plenty of selections inside and a Arby's. Plenty of seats. Recommended to Highly Recommended.
Usually I don't complain about your pilots Why do you have 2 regular trucks part where semi truck are supposed to park. And way too many Bob tails in your parking lot.
The stuff inside the building is great. The main problem with this location is the lack of room for moving or parking big trucks which require big spaces to maneuver them in. What little parking there is. Well it's problematic to say the least. The last 6 spots at the back end of the parking lot require you to back up blindly through the whole lot then blindside in. Why because once you have some trucks parked on each side there is not enough space to turn a truck and trailer around. I have no idea what kind of drugs the planners were doing when they thought this layout was even remotely functional. Parking lot FAIL!!! I will be marking this location as emergency only as it's a cluster blank as there is only 1 way in and out. I literally watched multiple times as this place became gridlocked with no one able to move. I would urge drivers to use this location at your own risk. The potential for problems and damages to trucks and trailers is at an all time high for this location.
Love stopping at this pilot while traveling towards grand rapids, easy to get to!! Plenty of parking for drivers and plenty of fuel lanes!! Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean! It has a PJ Fresh and I believe an Arbys!! I love that this pilot has soup not all do!! Overall a great place to stop and rest!!
The only thing I can say about this store is it's clean. I did my reset here. They don't make hot food on the weekends nothing! I asked why no food they are set up for . The cashier said they are not busy enough. The store was packed. I look out at the parking lot it's almost full cars and trucks. Arby's menu items sold out. So I think they are just lazy with bad management.
Was forced to use self check out by an employee to use self check out if that stays consistent I will be forced not to come to this truck stop unless the company has me fuel here. Pilot please don't force this on some one we don't work here please use your employees to do their job
Great spot to stop. Arbys is always great, the pilot always has fresh food, the showers are all large showers, and the wait time is minimal. Staff is always friendly.
