Lady Lily, the manager, is aggnarent and doesn't appreciate drivers, and she charged me for a free cup and complained about taking the cup and charged me for ice that I didn't pay for. Just a greedy worker who cares for the gas station
This is a very small pilot so be aware of that. There are two competitors near by tho. Although they are doing construction right now the shower was clean.
They still have the country buffet sign out front and there isn’t a restaurant here anymore.
Truckers don’t get fuel here. They are working on all pumps except for 2. I shouldn’t have but I got fuel anyway and not I’m sitting on the side of the road.
While waiting for a shower, I got notified my shower was available, and walked up to the shower room only to watch someone else claim my assigned room. The workers were very helpful and professional about everything and did what they needed to get me in a room. The reason for such a poor review was the shower itself, pressure was ok but you are expecting a clean HOT shower what I got was a clean cold, not hot water shower, I only got warm water for 20 seconds. It was definitely not what you expected especially after waiting almost 45 mins to an hour to get in the room.
I go there for my gas after work. You can never get a receipt at the pumps. You have to walk in the store which is quite inconvenient
I have only been here once. That was yesterday. I found this parking area and such harder to navigate than a lot of other facilities. This Pilot seemed decent in most respects. Although the men's room wasn't the cleanest, at the time of my visit. I don't want to come across as I'm knocking this Pilot, as it is not my intention. I gave three stars based upon this one visit. It may very well be deserving of a higher rating. I will try them again in the future when coming through. Maybe I will find them more to my liking and will edit my review to reflect that. Hopefully it will be just a little bit better next time.
They seem to be improving. Lots of attention and cleaning. Rebecca at the check out was great and very helpful. Terrible men's restrooms. Small dirty only 2 toilets
I stopped by here yesterday morning and the cashier's had a smile and positive attitude the men's restroom was clean I felt very welcomed when I was there! Thanks for having a clean store and your employees having a positive attitude wish more pilots were like this!
Very small, diesel Islands are easily backed up with hardly anywhere to park and wait. Very very slow. Usually filthy inside and out on a daily basis.
