I love the restroom. Is the best Pilot we ever go. This handsrub is my best soap smell so good.
Nice size parking lot. Wendy's is clean with plenty of sitting area. Nice restaurant across the street with parking in back for trucks.
DO NOT buy gas here. I did an 8 hour over night drive back to college last night and I stopped here for gas around 12am ish. The bathrooms were really clean which was nice but when I put my card in the machine for gas, it kept telling me to see cashier, which I did. I also always check for things on a gas pump slot that could potentially take my information. This morning I got a call from my Bank about someone trying to pay LARGE amounts of money with my card at Pilot gas station. I know for a fact it wasn’t me because my gas tank only takes $40 and there’s no way I’m spending over $100 on snacks and food. So if you can, avoid going here.
They are trying to get everyone to use self checkout unless you are doing a fuel transaction. If I had known this I would never have entered the store to purchase anything. Self checkout is management or corporate trying to cut down on employees as far as I'm concerned and I will not contribute to that.
There aren't too many truck stops in this region. This one is a little on the small side, but if you get here early you ought to be able to get decent parking. Place was reasonably clean. Staff very friendly. Arby's on site and a great diner across the street.
For a small truck stop it wasn't bad and lacking in the usual ways. Cleanliness both in the store at the pumps and in the connected Arbys was below par but no surprise. Parking design was limited to the snap of the property which was pretty narrow for a truck stop. Pretty tight spots and having to circumvent the entire parking area to get to the diesel pumps was fun. Not really! Staff here although friendly is on auto pilot. Just grabbed supper at the Arbys and was nice to be able to use my Pilot rewards card to pay for supper. Not happy about my eat in meal shoved at me in 2 to go bags. Oh Well! Going to eat my meal inside and take a shower in the morning and see how that goes.
Clean hot shower food was good too, somebody truck got hit out there so watch out boys
Its a clean place. Parking lot fairly maintained. Too much reserve spots. Arby.s backs up but so do the fuel islands in the U turn of horror lol. Gett your s ready .. Dog friendly walk the whole lot twice 0.85 mi.. Saw a driver jogging in the parking lot. Awesum sauce. Staff was nice lovely tone. Lounge is no lounge waiting area for laundry.. Basic
Ran out of gas and somehow lost my card so i have no way to pay for gas pulled into this truck stop hoping for some kindness and understanding. I asked a couple people if they would be able to spare any gas and this kind hearted lady helped me out with a couple gallons and then the manager who was cruel told me i had to leave...HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LEAVE IF I DONT HAVE GAS?
Worse truck stop in America.. One way around .. Have to wait in line for scale or just to hit Arby's.. You'll spend at least 45 mins waiting in line before you even get in Pilot..
