To be frank this can hardly be considered a truck stop this is just a rather busy gas station with very little truck parking they have trucks parked along the road and in neighboring parking lots. Also nobody comes here to pump gas every single one of these gas pumps is being blocked by a vehicle and none of them are pumping gas and there's nobody telling them to move. Don't come here at night on the weekends. Expecting to get some gas.
Very dirty truck stop woman's bathroom is disgusting and no soap my bf said the men's is as bad. To scared to ask for a shower after seeing the bathrooms. Parking is horrid and you'll get stuck for a long time since the lines to get diesel get in front of parked trucks. Just go to a different truck stop if you can
This truck stop is dirty and so is the water. You can't wash you hands or face or shower or do laundry. They have a sign up saying do not wash your face. I turned the water on it comes out dark gray. I don't understand why this truck stop is even open. It needs to be closed down. The only good thing about it is the location. Oh and the fuel lines are so long. You'll be waiting at least an hour to fuel. Its also very hard to park bc of it. Management needs to address the issues.
What a dump. Makes Gary, IN look like paradise. Everything is dirty. Traffic is unbearable. One way in, one way out and nobody seems to care. I'm worried I might get a parasite if I would ever try the food here. This place needs to be decommissioned and condemned for the sake of public health. Would give it negative stars if I could.
This store has slot machines that don't pay out cash when you win. There was no sign that stated this. I found out from the cashier. I had to get store credit. When I voiced my complaint she chastised me as if I were blaming her for the deception. I will never go to this Pilot ever again. And if anyone does come here - BEWARE!
DONT STOP HERE! It's not enough parking spaces, always overcrowded, it wasn't built very well for a truck stop and the staff doesn't doing a good job maintaining it. It's nasty and it stinks! And it's the smallest restroom I've ever seen at a truck stop so you'll wait to do that too.
For me as a truck driver places we can park and eat or slim to none so we're stuck with small resources like like dealing with truck stop food as we fuel and go this particular pilot has poor customer service and you have risk at food poison because they refused to rotate the food drivers please watch out just fuel and leave.... If it was up to me they will get zero Stars
Yesterday, my husband, who is an OTR driver, left his shower bag at the Wendy's here. He was able to get back there today, and it was there. The security manager said it wasn't there when my husband called, but he was able to make a run to check just in case. There were a lot of valuable things in there, and some sentimental things as well, so he was really upset with himself for leaving it. Anyway, he didn't get your name, but to the gal at Wendy's who was running the register this evening around 9PM who said she liked his "Adult Supervision Required" shirt, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for being honest and keeping his bag safe after he forgot it. People like you are few and far between, and I hope you know how special you are in a world where many people would have kept this random bag, kept the valuables, and thrown the rest out. We need more of YOU. Outside of the wonderful employees, he's said that the restaurant is very clean, the food is good and fresh, and the bathrooms are well maintainrd. The other employees are friendly as well. Keep hiring people like this, Pilot.
This by far has to be the most rudest, filthiest Pilot I have ever been to! The customer service at Pilot and Wendy's is beyond terrible and very unprofessional. The parking is a joke as well. Only thing that's satisfactory is the Security Guard, at least they greet you with a smile! It's sad this PILOT STORE 331 still exist!
Officer Fidel help me out finding a parking spot... I needed a 10 hour reset and she went out of her way to make sure I got a spot when the lot was full. She's amazing and kind I'm happy she was there.
