This is the worst pilot I've ever been to. So small hardly any bathrooms and the staff literally doesn't care. It takes 30 minutes just to get a simple shower to the point that I just want them to give me the cleaning supply so I can do it myself. I don't understand why it doesn't matter what time of day that you come, there's always a 30 minute to an hour wait just to get a simple shower. And there is no waiting area you just have to stand there awkwardly while people try to maneuver around each other in this small space.

Just wanted to comment about very discourteous cashier on Sunday 8/20/23 at 1:15 pm. Haven’t been shopping here much lately but today when I had to present I’d to buy cigarettes I said sorry and picked up my money and walked out. Only to be told by cashier that I shouldn’t be smoking anyway. I know that. I’m 78 years old and that comment did me in. You are loosing business being the only one requiring I show my I’d. You’ve lost me, and hopefully you train your cashier. Incidentally after reading the reviews of this place, it is obvious that you don’t care.

$20.00 parking is a rip off,  shower water is too salty ! The crew member forgot to take the garbage out from my shower, the outlet was not working so I couldn’t finish my shaving, I try to buy alertness pills  vivarin  and they didn’t have it. The staff doesn’t seem to be professional.

So there was no towels in my shower room and by the time I realized I was already in shower good thing I always have a towel in my bag for backup

Brought my own cups In For ice and they wanted to change. 55cents for ice when I brought my own cups .. .has it come to where place ain't making money so there going to charge for ice when u bring ur own cups ....  Do better pilot in south bend Indiana

Shower 3 not only has no hot water, but it goes from Luke warm to cold, and the pressure is also variable. My shower experience was absolutely horrible. The shower is very small, and there is no other place to sit down other than the toilet. I am very surprised at pilot. Usually pilot showers are comparable to the Hilton. The store is small, the lounge is basically an extra room, and there is nothing to eat here except subway. The only thing this truck stop is good for is a place to park for a ten-hour reset.

Cold water in the  showers but the sink is warm. It's nasty and the grass is super overgrown with trash everywhere.

Shower 1 was clean and large, HOWEVER. The temperature ranged from freezing to a chilly luke warm. Bobtails parking in the few limited unpaid spots instead of parking up front so trucks with trailers can park and a lot of trailers are left on the parking lot constantly. Parking in all the spots is very easy though

Nice people and very welcoming are working here.

one of the most dirty truck stops, the toilets are terribly dirty, all supplies are missing including toilet paper, there is rubbish in the parking lot
