This place is ok. It definitely needs more truck parking. The spaces are tight and it can get difficult to back. Because people park where they’re not supposed to. Make sure to get here early to snag a place. Only 5 showers so expect a wait. The staff were nice. They also have a McDonald’s as well.
Needs a lot more space and parking
The layout is horrible and parking here is a nightmare. Even trying to leave is a challenge because drivers will block you from getting out due to the layout. I haven't been here in years but made the mistake of going today and it's not one I'll be making again
**CAUTION** ALL VEHICLES -- CARS AND SEMI TRUCKS -- USE THE VERY SAME ENTRANCE HERE. PUMPS ARE NEXT TO EACH OTHER Review based strictly based on outside of store. Did not go in. Easy off and on highway access. Brightly lit. Appears clean and well maintained. Pumps are widely spaced and easily accessible. Large vehicle parking seemed to be somewhat limited.
I’ve been here a few times and the other posts are spot on. I try to time it right and get here before noon to get in my reset, and I never have issues parking. It is difficult to leave in the morning because of people “creatively parking” We definitely need more truck stops in the area. McDonald’s that is mediocre, bathrooms/showers hit or miss.
Good prices on fuel. McDonald's for food. Service was fast.
Reserved a spot and there were non available upon arrival, no suprise... that's just how a lot of pilots are becoming. I called and was told they'd had a few incidents and weren't coming out to enforce reserved parking. Whatever, I'll get creative and take my refund. When I walked inside the GM was telling another driver they should go look for trucks without reserved tags and knock on doors to clear spots for us. I told him it wasn't our job and he raised his voice asking if I'd rather the ladies working the register take the risk to do it. I asked why they'd need to when he's there. He stormed out the door saying fine he'd do it since we're clearly not man enough and that he's so much more of a man than we are. I'm standing there looking at the cashier ladies like...what just happened? It's not our job to enforce this. I went to the restroom and when I came out I overheard him telling a cashier that it was pathetic that we weren't men enough to do it ourselves. Later after I took a shower and he's left, one of the ladies profusely apologized for his behavior. I don't know how he became a manager... but no customer should be disrespected and treated that way and no employee should have to apologize for their manager's rudeness. Eric Woodworth.... rudest pilot GM I've ever come across.
Pulled in to fuel and possibly park for the night. The truck diesel pumps were pretty slow but there were plenty of pumps. Parking looked a little tight and completely full at 4pm. However, there were some reserved spots available. Inside looked fairly clean but bathrooms were a little messy.
Horrible service, slow pumps, no showers, traffic to get in traffic to get out.
On behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ to Tyson foods Incorporated we want to say thank you for everything that you did to help us get rolling back on the path that feeds God's Nation. We also want to say thank you to the ladies at work behind the counter that have such a great attitude and help me with an issue that I needed to take care of by mailing a letter for me. You are much appreciated.
