Truck Parking here is an absolute nightmare. Don’t even bother stopping. There are only 4 free spots and the 30 or so reserved spots require some intricate driving skills plus hoping that nobody is in the fueling lane because they face them directly. If I were the owners I would bulldoze the entire facility.
This place is the worst truck stop of this company, bad customer service, but thanks to truck drivers, truck stop makes a profit! few parking spaces, several free and paid 20 places, but this is not enough for everyone! it is obvious that after arriving at this truck stop, truck drivers see that there are no empty seats, they start looking for a place nearby on neighboring streets, but there are signs here that it is forbidden to park and stand at any time, but naturally all drivers are forced to park next to these signs, and they installed concrete barriers on the road to make it impossible to park! this is idiotic! I pay taxes, so why can't the states make more parking spaces??? but only make bans!!! no respect for truck drivers! but thanks to truck drivers, there is a necessary supply of food and all the goods necessary for the city, and in response from the city we see only spit in the face of truck drivers, truck drivers feel worse than animals! My appeal will be to city officials: Make extra parking spaces for trucks! this is a requirement of all truck drivers!!! we pay taxes, government employees live on our taxes and we have chosen them to make life easier for ordinary people! but in the end they sit in their offices and don't think about us! I call on the states to pay attention to us!!!
Literally 0 stars but unfortunately thats not an option.. I reserved parking ahead of time because I know it’s a small pilot and there’s really not any free spots so I got finished unloading down the road at Sygma around midnight before I left Sygma I called ahead and said I have reserved parking already. I just want to double check and make sure that there’s available spots because people like to park in the reserve spots without paying for it on the phone she says yeah you’re good so i head over and circle the parking lot and there’s no available reserved spots…. I go in and tell them so they start radio calling the security officer and I was literally standing there for like 10 minutes waiting for this guy to come and get me a parking spot. So I eventually get parked and ready to go in for a shower around 1:30am I was going to be next in line so I clicked to get a shower, packed my shower bag and headed in where I proceeded to stand for 30 minutes without any change. Once the lady comes back from her break, she says the showers are down because she doesn’t have a shower key, but you can look down the hallway and see one of the shower doors are wide open no key necessary and by this time there is a second person that has joined the shower line so I suggested we could just use the shower that is open if she would just clean it out and put new towels in but she did not want to do that she was pretty much just a paperweight. Oh and she “gave my shower credit back” but i highly doubt it..if i had time on my clocks i would literally go ANYWHERE ELSE
This place is a rolling cluster. If you're not good at handling your truck, don't try to get in here with anything larger than a bicycle. Very small lot, and fuel lanes takes up most of that. Lines for fuel backed up onto street. I think all the parking here is reserved parking. I think it took me almost an hour just to get a scale ticket. Bathroom stalls are in need of updating. Still has the old 1970's style metal doors with the 2 inch gaps. On the plus side, it appeared to be pretty clean inside the store though. They have a Subway with no line when I came through. Stay safe Drivers.
Fairly clean however I’m here to talk about Mario …he went above and beyond for us he made sure we had towels and both days we stayed he made sure unlike others that he greeted and welcomed us and before we left he made sure to wish a great day on us and I just had to let him know we truly appreciated him THANK YOU MARIO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Normally I would never stop here if just go to qt. Apparently you can’t buy gas here if you’re not a card carrying loyalty customer. The locals use the area for pumpimg gas as a parking lot. This place is packed and not even half the people here are getting gas. Leave this place to the truckers and travelers that’s what it’s for.
We needed to stay here because it was close our pick up . The lot is small!! but they are busy & have security. They will go out and make sure if you’re in a reserve that you should be there with a tag. Nice people inside too .
1:04 AM. I DID NOT feel safe fueling. Begger who don't take a no for an answer... Why managent doesn't management have them removed? $800. Worth of fuel heading to the next truck stop...
You know... It is what it is. No real problem for a decent driver who can drive n park well. Its small but if it's late you won't find a spot. Period. Subway can be busy not just drivers go here. The strip club has better food choices. But you have to walk over. Lol. Oh if you do come there after 2pm to midnight just park on the shoulder of highway 4 corners you will have to walk. Showers are small. Staff have their own way of dealing with drivers cop on site at night, the cute girl with the boy cut was nice great smile. But guys don't bother. Ladies she is available.. I think. Morning crew is okay one lady was a little annoyed but so what. Cops are cool just be professional. Saw no bums dealers or lizards there, is reserved parking so call ahead.
Don't bother. All the reserved spots filled by dropped trailers, box trucks and non payers. Buying a spot gets you nowhere as the employees will not clear the deadbeats. Drive on.
